Le personnel très serviable et toujours souriant
Le lodge était très confortable
Les allées étaient propre, la piscine vue mer
C’était l’anniversaire de mon conjoint, la soirée barbecue était super avec le fire show, et ils nous ont offert un gâteau d’anniversaire avec une petite musique à la fin du spectacle (à ma demande)

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas pas plus de transat sur le sable mais la plage n’est pas très large

Pros:

Die Bungalows sind sehr schön gestaltet und sauber. Die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt und vermittelt eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Ordnung und Instandhaltung gelegt wird.
Das Personal ist besonders freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen.
Ein großer Vorteil ist auch der Pier, der sich direkt beim Hotel befindet. Dadurch ist alles sehr bequem und schnell erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Cons:

Es ist schade, dass die Gäste die Sonnenliegen am Morgen früh bereits reservieren. Wenn man dieses Spiel nicht mitmachen möchte bekommt man keine gute Liege mehr. Das Hotel sollte das Reservieren verbieten.

Un Grand Merci

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel, notamment grâce au calme de l’établissement qui permet de bien se reposer. Nous avons également apprécié les animations organisées par l'établissement le mardi et le jeudi avec le barbecue sur la plage, qui étaient très sympathiques.
Nous souhaitons souligner un point très positive. Après notre départ, l'établissement nous a informé que nous avions malheureusement oublié dans un tiroir de la chambre une console de jeux ainsi qu'une paire de lunette de vue. Nous étions déjà revenus sur la capitale, à environ quatre heures de l’île, et devions rentrer en France seulement 36 heures plus tard. L’établissement a fait preuve d’une grande honnêteté et d’une réactivité remarquable : l’équipe a immédiatement organisé un envoi en urgence afin que nous puissions récupérer nos affaires à temps. Nous leur en sommes très reconnaissants et tenons à les remercier chaleureusement pour leur bienveillance et leur professionnalisme. Mille mercis à toute l’équipe

Un point pourrait être améliorés pour rendre l’expérience encore plus personnalisée. Il serait utile de proposer d'avantage d’informations aux clients concernant les activités possibles à faire sur l’île, même si le but ultime est de se reposer.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, sur la plage de sable fin, et la gentillesse du personnel me feront certainement retourner dans cet établissement.

Cons:

Le Cambodge a encore beaucoup d'amélioration a faire concernant les déchets qui jonchent le sol et la plage, même si la plage de l'hôtel était très acceptable.

Personne n'est venu me voir pour me demander si tout allait bien, si j'avais besoin de quelque chose, de service... Rien du tout.

Cons:

Je n'ai vraiment rien aimé, que ce soit à l'hôtel ou sur l'île. Les chambres étaient petites et sombres. Le petit déjeuner était moyen. Dès notre arrivée, la réception voulait nous vendre un billet de bateau pour aller à Koh Rong. Je leur ai dit que j'avais demandé s'il y avait un bateau pour aller de Koh Rong Sanloem à Koh Rong, et ils m'avaient répondu que non, que je devais passer par Sihanoukville. J'ai donc acheté des billets inutilement pour un total de 52 dollars... Ce n'est pas une somme négligeable au Cambodge. La plage devant l'hôtel est polluée par le passage constant de tracteurs et de mini-tracteurs qui circulent sur la plage tout au long de la journée, créant du bruit et une odeur de fumée... Ce n'est pas très écologique. Pour finir, à partir de 16h00, l'hôtel, comme tous les autres, s'approprie entièrement la plage pour installer des tables et des barbecues pour les repas du soir... C'est inadmissible.
J oubliais.... Les repas hors de prix... 4 euros un mini shot de vodka

Relaxing stay in absolute paradise
Pros:

The property is in a beautiful location - right next to the pier where the boats arrive from sihanoukville. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal- I ate all meals there and they are also good value for money as well as a mix of Asian and western options. Then the staff… the most wonderful team of people with smiles on their faces, always wanting to help and there if you need anything. The rooms were clean, spacious and had all that was needed

Cons:

If I had to find something it would be that some of the furniture and facilities look a bit tired and need some repair or replacement

Cute hotel Amazing location
Pros:

It is located right in front of the port, making it a perfect choice if you're tired after your trip.

Delicious breakfast! Very friendly staff!

Cons:

I expected it to be a little more cozy, but since I was traveling solo, it was comfortable! The power went out occasionally (for 2 seconds), but it was a strange feeling because it happened several times. I was assigned the room at the back, next to the storage room, and early in the morning there was a lot of noise.

Cons:

Unproffesional staff.
At the reception they asked us for 20 dollars for the ferry. The regular price is 14 dollars, and the ticket office is only 100 meters from the reception. You would expect them to help you, not to take your money for such trivial things.
