Pros:

L'accueil du personnel et sa gentillesse.
Le positionnement de l'hôtel, proche du centre, des magasins et des pistes.

Cons:

Le bruit le soir dans la rue jusqu'à 2 heures du matin avec les pubs irlandais a proximite. Pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre et de dormir avec un peu de fraîcheur.
Chauffage trop fort même reglé au minimum.
Chambre peu équipée, pas d'eau, pas de quoi se faire un café ou un thé.
Petit déjeuner simple, peu de choix.
Prix élevé compte tenu de la prestation.

Overall excellent would return again in the future
Pros:

Spotless well equipped and great location

Cons:

Heating was difficult to control and at night was very hot suspect underfloor system kicked in problem was if you opened windows street noise was unbearable

Pros:

Great location — only about 6 minutes from the slopes. Very convenient. The ski lockers were in an unheated room, so the equipment didn’t dry properly. We ended up taking our ski boots upstairs and leaving them in the warm corridor to dry.
The location is excellent and the staff were fantastic — very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast. It was exactly the same every single day !!! : scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast, with no variety at all. After a few days it became quite repetitive and boring. That was the only negative point of the hotel.

Would definitely stay here again next year
Pros:

Clean rooms and towels every day.
Very close to slopes
Consierge / receptionist was lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

No hot drink facility in the room.
Breakfast was very busy for a small room. Lots of people trying to get to buffet but to be expected with ski schedules.

Hemos estado muy a gusto
Pros:

Esta muy bien ubicado, a dos minutos del acceso a pistas. La habitación nueva, limpia y las camas confortables. El desayuno sencillo pero bueno. La chica de recepción muy amable y siempre dispuesta a atender nuestros deseos

Best quality price for Pas de la casa!!
Pros:

Location was great!! The breakfast and the overall room quality was very good for the price we paid.

Cons:

The floor was not heated at all and the rooms were a bit small for 2 people at the same time, although it was a very pleasant stay!

Hôtel propre et confortable idéal pour skier.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse d’Anna à la réception, la situation géographique centrale dans Le Pas de la Case, le confort simple de la chambre matelas, couette et oreillers confortables, qu’il n’y ai pas de moquette au sol, les casiers à ski. J’ai aimé l’effervescence des déneigeuses des 7 heures du matin ultra dépaysant.

Cons:

L’odeur de la chambre et de ses gels douches unidoses.
Le chaleur difficile a maîtriser.
La chasse d’eau capricieuse.
Nous sommes restés 7 nuits alors j’ai envi de dire les petits déjeuners redondants et aucune fantaisie pour le petit déjeuner du 25 décembre.
Heureusement que la neige était au rendez vous sinon il manquait de la généreuse magie de Noël.
Les voisins étaient discrets et il n’y avait pas de fiesta dans la rue car je pense qu’il manquerait d’insonorisation mais l’ambiance était calme pendant les 7 jours de Noël.
