No parking, but I knew that before I booked. Budget €25/day for the multi-storey carpark, which is a 5 min walk.

Close to skiing
Old fashioned, no atmosphere, noisey
Excellent location and the staff were really helpful. Including when I needed to find a laptop charger adapter for my frozen laptop which was them going above and beyond. Breakfast was great in the morning too which meant you could have a great fill up before skiing.
While the location was perfect for our stay, there were several hotel policies and practices that significantly affected our stay.
Unfortunately, we were surprised by some of the rules in place at this hotel. We were charged €20 per towel for even a small amount of makeup on one — a policy we’ve never encountered at other hotels and felt disproportionate given normal use and professional laundry practices. In addition, we found a note on our bed saying the room would not be cleaned if there were items on the floor or bed. This meant our room was left untouched. We also noticed a security guard walking the corridors listening at doors, which felt unusual and made us uncomfortable.
We understand every hotel has its own guidelines, but these particular policies and their enforcement were not explained clearly at check-in and detracted from our overall experience. Due to these issues, we would not choose to stay here again.
We hope this feedback helps future guests and encourages the hotel to review and clarify their policies.
Location was very good for access to the lifts, bars etc. Room met expectations and everything felt clean and tidy. The resturant downstairs is very nice and would recommend eating there. Staff all very friendly and has a nice atmosphere to the hotel and restaurant. I would say it is good value for the money we paid to stay there during a peak time.
The heat in the room was actually unbearable, we had to open a window to be able to sleep which then made the room too cold. This sounds picky but honestly please turn down the heating in the rooms it’s far too hot to sleep. The shower also needs to be looked at as the shower stand falls down, shower only has a spray option and water leaks out of the shower head over the top of the shower room. The breakfast was very very basic and feel this could definitely be improved without affecting the price of the hotel
