Pros:

Large property and grounds with some nice gardens and attractive lobby area. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room had an intense irritating chemical smell on arrival which was difficult to air out and the shower was dirty.

It is my second time staying at the hotel, I travel with my dog to visit the vet at the Rivera Clinic, it is the perfect place to relax away from San Pedro, I can walk my dog in the jungle, enjoy their amazing food and have a beer at the jungla bar while my dog is free walking around at the dog bar. Maria Jose at the reception is amazing, she take cares of every detail and now I know I have like my second home when I go to San Pedro with my dog, he has cancer and we need a check up every two month with the vets at the clinic, stressful time for me but we both find the peace staying at this wonderful place. I totally reccomend it, I will be back in two months.....

Quiet location and helpful staff.

It was quiet for the most part.

Cons:

It was farther away than published and they do NOT offer a shuttle service. You have to pay a taxi service.

Nature in the city :)
Pros:

The place makes you feel like you are in a jungle hotel and not in a city. Its really calm but you also have the Jungla Brewery next to it, which is fun. The staff is nice and the rooms nice and tidy.

Cons:

A small part of the road to get here is not paved, other than it, it is great

By far, the best lodging in San Pedro Sula.....as if you are staying in a nature reserve A+++
Pros:

the staff and the hotel are exceptional....Sergio and Maria are the front desk managers--Sergio mornings, Maria afternoons. We had some special needs as I was in San Pedro Sula for total knee replacement surgery, so our needs for room type changed as surgery ended. We postponed our trip once, changed rooms/villas 3 times, and had severe mobility issues after surgery. There was not one request from us that was not accepted graciously and accomplished efficiently. The facility feels as if it is in a nature reserve...the grounds are breathtaking, smells of flowers and plants strong.....Honestly, could not have been better and for us no other place to stay in San Pedro Sula that comes close....was a wedding there late in week and the celebration did not invade our tranquility and need to recover......

The staff were really quick to respond and very accommodating. The property itself is beautiful with an amazing pool, a brewery and, a restaurant. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very good value for money. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice. The perfect get away on the edge of the city
