Location , cleanliness , sea view .
Interior needs a bit of refurbishment. Also it would be nice to have some welcome snacks / fruits and more water ( there was only one bottle). Finally we were half an hour late in our check out and the manager / owner ( his role wasn’t clear to us), made his discomfort very obvious, while leaving the facilities.
I liked the small town of Chora.
I booked two nights. Two days prior to us checking in, our ferry boat notified me the trip was cancelled that first day of our stay due to weather. I notified Kifines and asked if I would receive any discount on our first night due to the boat company cancellation. Kifines did reply to my question. After our stay, Kifines notified that we were allowed to cancel the first night and receive a 50% refund of that first night. But as we did not do that, we charged the full 100%. I'm inclined to think that they did not answer my initial request because they did not want to refund me 50% of the first night's stay.

Le ménage est fait tous les jours un vrai plus
Les peignoirs à dispositions ainsi que le nombre de serviettes sont très appréciables
Le logement est très propre
Le fait de venir nous chercher et de nous raccompagner au port est un service très appréciable !!!
Le gros bémol est pour la piscine qui est vraiment chouette mais l’eau est froide et comme l’île est très ventée il nous a été impossible d’y rentrer c’est dommage c’est un coût que nous aurions pu éviter en prenant une chambre « normale »

Umida la stanza e il bagno potrebbe essere un pochino più grande considerando le dimensioni della camera
Enjoyed the "rock suite" - plenty of space, comfy bed and a good shower. The outside area with our own pool and view of the town and the sea was superb. Great to have Angelo pick us up and drop us back to the ferry port as Taxis are very limited and difficult to walk to bus stop with a lot of luggage.

Emplacement parfait à l’entrée du joyau Chora. De là, de somptueuses randonnées pour traverser l’ile, sans croiser un seul marcheur et dans des paysages de rêve.
Comfortable and relaxing close to chora ! You could walk and not worry about taking a car ! Management were very polite and friendly! Loved our little pool and the view of the church on the cliff !

Be careful when you are booking. I book the one with private jacuzzi and apparently I book traditoonal. To be honest when i booked it i didnt even see this option then suddenly popped up
Lovely views,large bedroom with large comfortable bed. We are returning guests, as first stayed here in 2014. Just as nice as we remembered.
The road outside is now busier , so that’s a shame, but didn’t spoil our stay .

This property was excellent. We went in May and felt like it was amazing value for money. The room was so clean and had nice touches like robes etc. the pool was lovely and such an amazing view with a gorgeous seating area. The hosts were lovely and offered to pick us up and drop us at the port. It was so close to town and we found it a great spot to be to watch the sunset and you can see the church from the room which was beautiful.
