Je voelt je meteen welkom en thuis.
Pros:

De enorm vriendelijke ontvangst en de grote kamer met een ligbad en een geweldig uitzicht. Matrei is op loopafstand en is een prachtig dorpje. Wij, mijn hondje en ik komen zeker terug.

Cons:

Niets, maar het zou het fijn zijn als er iets staat waar je de poepzakjes in kan doen.

Pros:

Wir mussten aus Italien einen Tag eher abreisen und konnten nach Rücksprache ohne Probleme schon einen Tag eher anreisen. Wir hatten das Hotel als Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht gebucht. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich,wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Excellent hotel with great staff/owner who were very helpful
Pros:

I was part of a group of 6 motorcyclist touring Austria. The hotel owner was very helpful and offered us garage space for the bikes. We decided to eat within the hotel, having food and drinks on a balcony off the main bar area. The food was nice and great value.
The rooms were also spacious over looking a gardened area

Een aanrader!! Een mooi hotel in Oostenrijkse styl. Schoon en ruime kamers. Ivm personeelstekort op zondag hebben we goed kunnen eten. Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende en keurig verzorgd. Er is ruime parkeergelegenheid, en het hotel ligt dichtbij de Brenner.

Sehr schöne Lage, Zimmer groß und sauber. Betten und Bettdecken hervorragend.

Für 1 Nacht okay allerdings für den Preis nicht angemessen. Würde es nicht nochmal buchen.

Die Lage für eine Reise nach Italien liegt das Hotel als Zwischenstopp ganz gut

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb einer Kläranlage und dort läuft eine Pumpe 24 Stunden und somit stört Sie Nachts schon ganz ordentlich.
Das Essen war recht abgespeckt und die Käsespätzle welche wir bestellt hatten waren nichts.
Das Frühstück war dahingegen ganz gut 👍

Super gastvrij, goed bereikbaar en prima ontbijt.
Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Door alle files waren wij verschrikkelijk laat. Onderweg hebben wij gebeld dat wij een probleem hadden en het niet om 22 uur zouden redden. Er werd ons verteld dat zij geen problemen kennen en dat wij gewoon welkom waren. Wat een service.

Für das Gebotene zu teuer.
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte eine für uns gute Lage auf der Durchreise nach Italien. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück sowie das eingenomme Essen am Abend waren schmackhaft

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und stark durchgelesen. Man lag in einer Kuhle. Die Kopfkissen hatten ihre beste Zeit auch hinter sich, die Füllung war klumpig.
Das Bett machte bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche.
Das Hotel insgesamt machte den Eindruck, "in die Jahre gekommen" zu sein.
Vor diesem Hintergrund erscheint der geforderte Übernachtungspreis von Euro 160,00 nicht angemessen.

Lekker uitgerust na een lange auto rit
