Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt weniger geeignet.
Pros:

Das Design und die Ausstattung des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die geringe Anzahl an Zimmer ist sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück wird morgens serviert (kein Buffet) was für uns ausreichend war und auch die Auswahl war großzügig.

Cons:

Der unflexible Check-in zwischen 15.00 und 18.00 Uhr hat uns gestört, da wir morgens ankamen und keiner vor Ort war. Bei einem Hotel erwarte ich eine besetzte Rezeption am Vormittag, die einen empfängt. Außerdem haben uns die Öffnungszeiten des Spa`s gestört, am Abreisetag konnten wir diesen gar nicht mehr nutzen, da er täglich erst ab 15.00 Uhr öffnet. Wenn ich mich für ein Hotel mit Spa entscheide, gehe ich davon aus, diesen tagsüber nutzen zu können. Bei schlechtem Wetter etc. möchte ich direkt nach dem Frühstück in den Wellness Bereich und nicht bis 15.00 Uhr warten müssen.

Das erste Hotel, indem es wirklich nichts zu verbessern gibt.
Sie möchten etwas Besonderes, auf hohem Niveau, mit individuellem Stil und Können erleben? Hereinspaziert....hier finden Sie ein traumhaftes Interieur, mit Liebe zum Detail.
Hohe Ansprüche an die Bausubstanz, die Innenarchitektur und das Gespür für den Wohlfühlfaktor, den wir Urlauber doch letztlich suchen.
Das Frühstück ist auf ganz hohem Niveau! Hier wird man liebevoll von der Chefin und dem Team bedient und einfach verwöhnt.
Du hast einen Wunsch? Frische Mango, frische Avocado, Chiasamen usw....Es wird dir jeder noch so außergewöhnliche Wunsch erfüllt.

Wir werden mit Sicherheit in Zukunft so oft es geht zu Gast in diesem Juwel im Zillertal sein.

Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an das komplette Team! Ihr habt unsere Zeit zu einem unvergesslichen, einzigartigen Erlebnis gemacht.

Zwar schöne Unterkunft, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht !
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, mit großen hellen Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Ruheraum ist vorhanden. Kann aber erst ab 15:00/16:00 Uhr genutzt werden. Lediglich 1 Ruheraum mit begrenzter Anzahl an liegen. Frühstück erfolgt nicht in Buffetform, an sich gibt es alles am Platz und ist lecker, aber der Nachhaltigkeitsaspekt rückt hier extrem in den Hintergrund.
Wir wollten eig stornieren, da wir krank waren. Auf Rückfrage, kein Entgegenkommen durch die Inhaber. Aber bei Abreise konnte man sich dann nochmal ansprechen lassen, dass sie wissen müssten welche Krankheit wir haben/hatten. Find ich nicht besonders charmant gelöst.

Suite was spacious and pretty- wood and big windows, the whole hotel is beautifully spacious and wooden. SPA big enough - it did not feel crowded at all. Herbal sauna awesome. When i read the reviews people are actually complaining about sauna naked? You do sauna naked its the only way. Spa could close later though

Cons:

Bedsheets could be softer and parking fee seems ridiculous giving the price of the accommodation and the fact that there is a space

Pros:

Super Lage, super Frühstück. Es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen.
Ein tolles Hotel, minimalistisch, modern, nachhaltig, komfortabel, sauber, sehr schön mit viel Holz ausgestattet.
Der Außenpool war super schön warm, ideal für die Wintermonate.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir fanden es perfekt.

This hotel is truly beautiful. I loved its calm, elegant vibe it’s the kind of place where you can genuinely unwind and reset. Everything feels harmonious and thoughtfully designed.
The staff are wonderful: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring.
A perfect place to relax - I would happily come back.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the spa area. It feels quite small for the number of guests, and loungers by the pool are often occupied by personal belongings for long periods, which makes it difficult to fully relax without waiting for a free space.

I also understand that nude sauna culture is common and traditional in many European countries. However, the atmosphere did not feel entirely comfortable for me. With limited space and guests staying inside for extended periods, it sometimes felt less private than I expected. As a result, it was difficult to unwind there as much as I had hoped.

Úžasný moderný dizajnový hotel pre náročných, priestranné izby rozdelené na spaciu a dennú časť, použité špičkové vybavenie a materiály, milý a ochotný personál, výborné raňajky z vajíčkovým servisom.
Poloha 1 zastávku Skibusom od lanovky
Nádherný Wellness 3 sauny, relaxačná miestnosť a vonkajší nerezový vyhrievaný bazén (voda 32C),
K dispozícii aj podzemná (platená 10€/deň) garáž aj z nabíjačkami pre elektromobily

Pre vyznávačov saunovania chýbal ochladzovací bazén alebo nádrž, bola iba studená sprcha
Nabíjanie elektromobilu, zbytočne drahé.
