Cons:

Bokade ett rum där jag kunde läsa om möjligheten till hiss (viktigt då en av oss är handikappad). Vid ankomst anvisades ett rum i en sidobyggnad på andra våningen (utan hiss)! Fick efter väntan ett rum på nedersta våningen i huvudbyggnaden.

Dålig matupplevelse i vacker miljö

Miljön var fantastisk. Hotellet och bemötandet i receptionen var fint och proffsigt. Frukostbordet var rikligt och fräscht.

Cons:

Den stora besvikelsen var middagsrestaurangen. På grund av personalbrist informerades vi om att vi hade 30-60 minuter på oss att äta middag och det enda som vi då skulle hinna med var en varmrätt. Vi beställde var sitt glas vin vilket vi aldrig fick smaka av. Maten var undermålig och dyr, speciellt laxen. Det presenterades som en varmrätt, men bestod av en kall rökt fisk och kall potatissallad. Det är inte rimligt att ta 315 kronor för det. När vi ätit klart fick vi direkt frågan var vi ville betala - vid bardisken eller bordet. Det kändes som man bara ville bli av med oss.
