Pros:

Lokacija i unutarnje uređenje ulaza i recepcije , restoran i bar.

Cons:

Uzak prolaz kroz hodnik i nema utičnice kraj kreveta nego samo sa jedne strane . Lampe na noćnim ormarićima nisu radile .

Neočekivano ali totalno razočaranje

Svidjela nam se samo ljubaznost zaposlenika na recepciji

Cons:

Prastari fleksibilnost tepih, male skučene sobe, mali i neudobni kreveti s isto takvim poplunima, stari pohabani namještaj u sobama, pukotine s pohabanim slojevima boje na zidovima i stropovima, stari isprani rucnici, mogućnost prozračivanja sobe na razini zatvorske ćelije, gljivice, plijesan manje-više ravnomjerno rasporeden. Dodatnu frustraciju izaziva da je hotel u kategoriji sa četiri zvjezdice. Za renome koji Široki brijeg uziva kao grad općenito ovako loš hotel je više nego sramotno.

Der Preis ist zu hoch für das was geboten wird
Pros:

Die Lage ist super.
Das Personal an der Repzeption ist sehr freundlich.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Das wir unsere kleinen Kinder problemlos mit ins Zimmer nehmen konnten.

Cons:

Der Putz kommt von der Decke.
Wasserschaden an der Decke im Wohnzimmer.
Zu wenig Steckdosen.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut und der Kaffee wie auch Cappuccino hatten einen sehr eigenartigen Eigengeschmack

Makeover required older hotel
Pros:

This place, staff and service need a makeover. All outdated including customer service. Breakfast was the highlight.
