Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Retrohaus!!! Therme überraschend groß und alles sauber. Frühstück ausreichend und sehr viel Auswahl.Wir kommen wieder, werden aber ein Zimmer mit Balkon buchen!!

Zusammendfassend kann man sagen, dass es sich um ein sehr schönes Hotel mit langen Bar-Öffnungszeiten, sehr gutem Frühst
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, es war überwiegend sauber, die Lage genial aber das ist für Radkersburg nichts neues. Innen und außen Pool Anlage war auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Wasser etwas wärmer sein hätte können. Der Sauna Bereich war nicht so nach unserem Geschmack gewesen.
Auch die Mittagsjause war jetzt nicht ganz so prickelnd.
Was nett gewesen wäre, wenn uns ein paar Sackerl für Hundek*t zu verfügung gestellt hätte können. Was mich aber am meisten gestört hatte war, dass ich per E-Mail angefragt habe ob es relevant wäre für die Buchung anzugeben, dass wir mit einer Person im Rollstuhl kommen. Die Antwort war, dass das ganze Haus Barrierefrei sei. Was jetzt nicht unüblich ist, da meistens immer etwas nicht ganz so passt. Sprich Pool-Lift. Über all das kann man locker drüberschauen aber über die Badezimmer Situation im Zimmer nicht. Die Tür ging nach innen auf und blockierte so den Platz zum WC. Es gab keine Anhaltegriffe und was die Dusche anbelangt, erinnert diese an die kleinen Duschkabinen aus Italien. Auf meine Anfrage an der Rezeption ob alle Zimmer mit Eckduschen seien wurde diese mi ja beantwortet. Auch die Reinigungsdame zeigte uns ein Grand-Suite. Badezimmer war aber gleich.
Duschen im Wellness Bereich funktionierte auch eher mehr recht als schlecht.

Pros:

Der Garten im Hotel ist sehr gtoß und weitläufig, viele ruhige Schattenplätze.
Die Lage ist ein optimaler Start für Radtouren und auch nicht weit in das Zentrum nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß

Cons:

Die Duschkabine im normalen Doppelzimmer ist sehr klein und eng.
Es müssen meiner Meinung nach nicht täglich die Handtücher gewechselt werden nur nach Bedarf

Das Frühstücksbüffet mit Blick in den morgendlichen Park.
Und die Möglichkeit im weitläufigen Garten Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden.

Cons:

Mir hat leider das Poolwasser nicht gefallen; es war meicht trüb und am Boden gab es gelbe Ablagerungen.

Schöne Anlage mit Innen - und Außenpool, gutes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eiergerichten, schöne und große Gartenanlage.

Cons:

Bad und Duschkabine sehr klein, Mischarmatur in der Dusche. Matratze zu weich.
