Parfait.
Pros:

Très bon accueil. Souper agréable dans la cognathèque. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et très bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est très complet avec uniquement des produits locaux. Nous sommes venus à trois reprises et renouvellerons si de retour dans la région. La vue sur la Charente est agréable. L'accès aux spa, sauna et Hammam est un plus après un long voyage.

Personnel sympa

Cons:

Établissement vétuste surtout la piscine.
Un parasol pour une vingtaine de transats, qui étaient très sales d’ailleurs.
Consommations très chères pour ce genre d’établissement.chaises très inconfortables en terrasse.

L'accueil est chaleureux et cordiale, la déco est très chaleureuse, le confort des chambres et de la literie sont très bien.

Pros:

Très belle demeure dans un beau domaine , personnel disponible et compétent tout à fait au niveau de l'établissement . Restaurant de même qualité.
Chambre spacieuse avec l'idée novatrice d'une bibliothèque d'ouvrages anciens .

Très joli établissement, nous avons été très bien accueillie et avons apprécié la chambre et la fresque qui la ornait. Nous avons pu profiter du spa. Emplacement top, au bord de la Charente !

Pros:

Bel hôtel, chambre confortable et spacieuse, jolie vue, très bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Dans l’ensemble un peu vieillissant, ménage à revoir. Accueil simple mais avec des informations importantes manquantes. Spa qui ne fonctionnait pas.

An elegant restful overnight stay.
Pros:

Beautiful architecture. Gorgeous grounds overlooking sweeping views of gardens up to the Charente river and continuing to the horizon. Large stylish room with large comfortable bed. Great bedding, great mattress. Loved the cool double sink, really groovy mid century feel. Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, elegant cognac parlor.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Avoir accès à l'étage avec 1 ascenseur, très belle demeure, le confort, la décoration, chiens acceptés, jardin magnifique.

SPA et Hammam indisponible àprès 17h30 le dimanche et le lundi, un peu dommage
