Une merveille de bonheur 🧡
Pros:

Les qualités professionnelles des équipes : Jacqueline et Maelys à l’accueil de l’hôtel, Joelle pour les petits déjeuners , Thomas pour les déjeuners et dîners , sans oublier le personnel d’entretien. L’Yeuse est un hôtel merveilleux avec spa et piscine mais le supplément d’âme ( chaleureux, bienveillant) est dû à l’ensemble du personnel qui est toujours aux petits soins pour que notre séjour soit un moment de bonheur avec nos enfants et nos petits enfants . Mille mercis

Repos, qualité et environnement bucolique
Pros:

Un site mélangeant architecture ancienne avec du contemporain dans un cadre reposant. Très belle décoration, ne pas oublier la cave à cognac.

Catastrophique
Cons:

Séjour catastrophique pour plusieurs raisons : mépris de la part de l'établissement, très mauvaise insonorisation, portes qui claquent, matériel vieillissant voire abîmé, peu d'eau chaude le matin, etc. Toutes les critiques des autres commentaires des clients de cet hôtel sont vraies. Par ailleurs, l'hôtel organise des "petits" mariages sous votre fenêtre de chambre, vous obligeant à descendre demander le calme à 23h40 alors que vous avez payé pour du repos. Le lendemain, la propriétaire vient vous agresser verbalement pour ne pas qu'on ébruite l'incident. On ne s'est jamais fait parler ainsi auparavant. On vous rétorque "que vous n'avez payé que 267€ votre séjour donc que vous n'avez pas à vous plaindre". Litige ouvert sur Booking : l'hôtel refuse toute considération et geste commercial. Fuyez cet établissement qui n'en vaut absolument pas la peine. Bien entendu, l'établissement va répondre que nous avons profité du séjour alors que non, que nous sommes les grands méchants de l'histoire, qu'il a tout fait pour qu'il n'y ait pas de nuisances sonores alors que non, qu'il a proposé de nous rembourser alors que non (preuve en est : le litige ouvert sur Booking). Lisez bien les commentaires avant de choisir cet établissement et vous vous ferez une idée assez réaliste du séjour qui vous attend.

Wish we’d stayed longer!
Pros:

Staff were friendly, welcoming and so knowledgeable about the area. We really enjoyed learning more about the region and being given useful information on where to visit.

Building was full of character and there is a lovely terrace for enjoying a drink.

Pros:

Wspaniały hotel tuż obok miejscowości Cognac. Cudowna kuchnia francuska, klimatyczny wystrój i oddzielne pomieszczenia do degustacji koniaku. Wielkie wrażenie robi samo urządzenie pokoi - a przede wszystkim ogród. Ku mojemu zaskoczeniu jest zaznaczona ścieżka dla borsuków a oprócz zwykłych drzew w ogrodzie rosną bambusy i palmy. Urocza jest ścieżka wzdłuż balustrady zrobionej z konewek. Ogród dochodzi do rzeki.

Superb
Pros:

Dinner was limited being Monday so no A La Carte available. However the Soup, Sea Bass and Dessert we terrific, as always.
Breakfast was perfect, although the Chocolate could have been a little stronger, a personal taste!

Cons:

Nothing, this is why we stay there so often, whilst trravelling to or from our second home in Andalusia.
We recommend the Hotel to many friends and they always are delighted with the venue and he food.

La déco vieillotte et le fait d’avoir une chambre près de l’ascenseur .. comment un établissement aussi chic peut proposer des chambre là : vous entendez l’ascenseur dans la chambre à chaque fois qu’il fonctionne !!

Beaucoup d’atouts malgré un rapport qualité / prix décevant
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, agréable et bien aménagée. Un accueil romantique apprécié en chambre à l’arrivée. Le Spa et le restaurant étaient très biens. Le jardin respectueux intéressant. Le parti pris artistique dans les chambres et les parties communes à saluer. Les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer un agréable moment. Globalement ce fut un bon séjour.

Cons:

Une note assez salée pour des prestations bonnes mais pas excellentes. Par exemple nous sommes restés à la porte car l’accueil n’a pas prévenu ni donné le code. On nous à servi à peine un tiers des coupes de champagne commandées, à 18€ la coupe (je salue cependant un geste octroyé après réclamation). Chambre non faite du weekend. Qualité du petit déjeuner très en dessous des 21€ facturés ; viennoiseries et brioches rassis, jus d’orange amer et café / chocolat sans goût. Bref des manques difficilement compréhensibles à ce niveau de prix.
