Lovely staff in a lovely location
Pros:

Staff were all lovely and friendly. Happy hour 4-7 $1 draft beer and $3 cocktails. Good equipped gym with Olympic barbell and plates which is rare. Great that the resort has 2 pools ensuring they never get too crowded. Quiet at night. Family room had 2 ACs which worked well. Option of charging meals and drinks to running tab that is paid on checkout (bring cash otherwise +3% credit card surcharge. Pagoda beach ferry direct to the resort is recommended- professional and safe.

Cons:

BEWARE that if you are using a credit card YOU WILL PAY 3% more ON TOP OF THE BOOKING.COM QUOTE. BOOKING.COM DO NOT ADVISE YOU OF THIS IN THE QUOTED PRICE WHICH IS MISLEADING. I suggest you use the pay your accommodation fully before arriving at the hotel. Not the You&Mes fault - it’s booking.com not being transparent about credit card surcharges.

Percolated weak coffee at breakfast. If you want coffee made for you it’s $3US. Maybe You&Me can invest in an automatic machine that guests can use like other resorts and hotels?

Hot water from shower, was fixed by staff but reoccurred next day. Seems to be an ongoing issue where it only becomes warm/hot in the afternoon.

Fantastyczny personel który przygotował dla mojej żony i córki niespodziankę urodzinowa , szczególne podziękowania dla Sreypov która opiekowała się nami podczas całego pobytu. Mega,mega jak to określiły moje córki spokojne i pełne uroku miejsce z basenami i naszym skromnym zdaniem najładniejsza plażą na wyspie. Do hotelu można dopłynąć szybka łodzią Pagoda Beach . Czysto, wygodne łóżka i bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji. Polecamy szczerze pomimo że ceny bliższe europie a nie azji.

Очень проблематично добираться! Время расписания катеров не соответствует реальному времени отправления, все с огромной задержкой, очень много народу. Персонал отеля не информирован о времени отправления катеров .
Цены на еду завышены . Очень много туристов которые не живут в отеле

Parfait !
Pros:

L’emplacement (au calme), le personnel très serviable et très gentil, tout le monde a été aux petits soins pour notre famille. Le petit déjeuner est très bon (avec des oeufs cuisinés à la demande, des fruits frais et bons….), les piscines mais aussi la plage juste devant l’hôtel avec ses transats suffisamment nombreux !

The best place to stay in Cambodia!
Pros:

It was so clean and stylish and the pool and dining area were amazing and so well catered! Some of the best food and service we’ve had on our entire trip! Made us fall in love with Cambodia! The service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond for the special occasions of a member of our parties birthday!!

L'endroit idéal pour découvrir Koh Rong sous son meilleur profil !
Pros:

Dans nos critères, le You & Me était l'hotel parfait !

Tout d'abord, le personnel est fantastique, et ça inclut également le personnel du restaurant. Toujours souriants, toujours aux petits soins et prêts à aider, on se sent vraiment très bien accueilli et chouchouté ! Ensuite, l'hotel est idéalement situé sur une plage magnifique (et propre) de l'ile de Koh Rong, avec palmiers, transats, bars de plage, et peu de touristes. L'hotel propose également une grand variété d'activités pour toute la famille : 2 piscines, des kayak, des paddle board, des jeux pour les enfants... On ne voit pas le temps passer avec tout ce qu'il y a à faire pour toute la famille.

Le restaurant est vraiment bon, et ça inclu aussi le petit déjeuner qui est très complet et très qualitatif.

Notre chambre était très agréable, et au calme.

Pour ceux qui disent que les prix des prestations (location de scooters, restaurants, activités) est supérieur à ce qu'on trouve sur l'ile, c'est vrai. Mais c'est tout à fait normal dans la mesure où c'est un hotel de standing supérieur à la moyenne, et ce principe est vrai dans tous les hotels du monde... Une boisson coutera plus cher dans un 4 étoiles que dans un 2 étoiles...

Nous avons adoré cet hébergement, en tous points, et particulièrement grâce aux équipes qui le gèrent au quotidien et qui sont entièrement dévouées au bien être de leurs clients. Cela fait vraiment longtemps que je n'avais pas ressenti une telle satisfaction, bravo à vous tous !

PS : pour ceux qui le peuvent, je recommande vraiment d'utiliser la compagnie de Speed Boat proposée par l'hotel, depuis Pagoda beach. C'est beaucoup plus rapide, beaucoup plus confortable, et bien mieux organisé que les companies régulières.

Il n'y a rien que nous n'avons pas apprécié, sincèrement.

Le seul petit conseil que je donnerais à l'équipe, c'est que lors de l'accueil on nous explique les différentes options : le petit déjeuner commence à telle heure, la piscine ouvre à telle heure, le bar à telle heure etc. Cela fait beaucoup d'infos, et on a du mal à retenir. Je suggèrerai plutot un petit livret dans chaque chambre pour donner des détails, et ça faciliterait vraiment votre travail d'accueil des nouveaux clients en le raccourcissant. Mais c'est un détail.

Parfait un petit coin de paradis
Pros:

Super séjour au You&Me. Tout était parfait : le cadre, la piscine en bord de plage paradisiaque, les paddles / kayaks à disposition, les équipements, la nourriture vraiment excellente. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse du personnel.
