Perhaps this accommodation could work for mid-season, not for summer or winter.
Pros:

We did like the location as it was on the way to Andorra and close to town centre with restaurants and bars.

Cons:

There was not A/C and the room was too small and too hot. Also the noise from the road was a bit too loud as we had to sleep with the windows open.

Breakfast- simple, self service but sufficient choice

Cons:

We stayed on a Sunday evening and the in house restaurant was closed. Very Limited choice in La Seu for evening meal.
Despite air conditioning the bedroom was hot due to long exposure to direct sunlight during the day. We were there in a period of prolonged 35C temperature so not really surprised
