Veľmi pekný wellness, ochotný a milý personál v reštaurácii.
Pros:

Moderný hotel v horách, ale zároveň tichý a útulný.

Cons:

Trochu slabší raňajkový výber, najmä pre delakto-diétu a pre vegetariánov.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Bei der Anzahlung ging einiges schief, wir sollten eine höhere Summe bezahlen, es läge am Wechselkurs, es war aber erheblich mehr.
Bei der Anreise erklärte ich , dass ich das nicht nachvollziehen kann( wenn es wenige Euro gewesen wären ja), da akzeptierte die Kollegin den Bookingpreis in Euro.
Wie gesagt, das Personal war sehr nett.
Das Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, uns hätte gereicht, wenn der Müll entnommen wäre.

Pros:

Jedno z nejlepších ubytování v Krkonoších. Prostorné pokoje, pohodlné postele, moc hezká koupelna. Výborné jídlo a naprosto skvělá snídaně. O víkendech mají vejce benedict. Bomba. Místo na hřebenech je skvělé jako výchozí pozice na tůry.

Cons:

Jediné, co bych vytkla je wellness. Je nepřehledný a sauny jsou z poloviny v zóně pro děti. V bezplavkové zóně jsou asi jen 3 sauny. Ovšem oceňuju ochlazovací vanu.
