Sehr schönes Winterdomizil zur Erholung und/oder Sportprogramm
Pros:

+ Tolle Lage > Man kann direkt vom Hotel aus Langlaufen, wandern oder einen kleinen Berg Abfahrt fahren, eine beleuchtete Rodelbahn ist auch direkt am Hotel, im Winter unbedingt Schneeketten dabei haben um den Berg zum Hotel hochzukommen
+ Buffetessen ist super! (Frühstück und Abendbrot hatte extrem viel Auswahl)
+ schöner Spa- Bereich
+ Zimmer gemütlich und groß

Cons:

- wenn man einen Platz in der Tiefgarage haben möchte, muss man zeitig anreisen oder den vorher reservieren (ist etwas kleiner)
- Spa Bereich war leider etwas kalt um im Ruheraum zu liegen
- trotz ausgewiesener Adult only Zeit im Sauna/Whirpool Bereich waren dennoch viele mit Kindern > das Personal hat nicht viel gemacht außer das zu beobachten

doskonały hotel, polecam zwłaszcza rodzinom z dziećmi
Pros:

Posiłki - rewelacja, bardzo bogaty wybór.
Lokalizacja: przepięknie położone, ale do wyciągu dojazd płatnym autobusem (ale za to spod hotelu - bardzo blisko).
Super sauny i baseny - rewelacja!
Personel - bardzo pomocny

Cons:

Trochę rozczarowały mnie pokoje - meble już starsze

Výborné snídaně a večeře, milá obsluha v restauraci, prostorný pokoj a pohodlné postele

Cons:

Na pokoji jsme postrádali prostor/topení na sušení věcí (včetně ručníků). Mrzelo nás že děti nemohou do vířivky - mohlo by to být umožněno alespoň např do 17:00.

Naprosto skvělé ubytování v srdci Krkonoš
Pros:

Personal byl naprosto skvělý. Na ubytování jsme dorazili promočení po dlouhé deštivé túře. Paní na recepci nás velmi vřele přivítala, nabídla nám welcome drink a ihned nám ukázala, kde si můžeme usušit věci. Pokoj včetně koupelny byl velmi čistý a útulný. Hotelová restaurace má velmi dobrou nabídku jídel a jídlo samotné bylo vynikající. Snídaně byla taktéž skvělá a bohatá. A zmínit musím samozřejmě také hotelovy wellness, který obsahoval několik druhů saun, výřivky i bazén. Toto ubytování můžu stoprocentně doporučit ve všech ohledech.

Pros:

Ubytování v krásně lokalitě s nádherným výhledem (pokoj 429), velká koupelna se sprchou. Možnost udělat si na pokoji čaj nebo kafe (rozpustné) a pustit si po náročném dni plném lyžovaní film (k dispozici Netflix). Večeře perfektní, tolik kvalitně uvařených jídel na výběr jsem už dlouho neviděla (to samé platí i pro snídaně). Možnost parkování a místo na uložení lyžařského vybavení.

Cons:

Na pokoji mohl být mini bar s občerstvením a nějakým pitím. Lednice sice byla, ale byla prázdná. Je to dobrý nápad vzhledem k tomu, že hotel se nachází na kopci a večer když dostane někdo na něco chuť k filmu, tak do centra nepojede do obchodu. V jiných hotelech za tuto cenu (i nižší cenu) to bývá (samozřejmě se potom za ty věci doplácí při check outu, ale nápad je to dobrý) :)
