Zu teuer, nicht so sauber, Lage ist gut.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Personal sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Das Essen (Abendessen a-la carte) war in der Tat sehr ausgefallen.
Allerdings sehr Geschmacksache.. unseren Geschmack hat es leider nicht getroffen.
Das Salat Buffet war hingegen sehr gut.

Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellness Bereichs - von 15:00 bis 19:30 Uhr - sind suboptimal...

Leider wird die Sauberkeit hier nicht so groß geschrieben.. Auf unsere Beschwerde kamen die Damen und haben erneut geputzt. Allerdings lange nicht "auf Hochglanz gebracht"...

Ein Hotel, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Pros:

Es war alles super, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Der Lounge Bereich und der Biergarten luden zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Rössle ist eine Wohltat für Seele und Körper.
Pros:

Alles ist gut durchdacht. Geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Der Ausdruck „hyggelig“ umschreibt es perfekt.
Das Essen ist hervorragend und das Frühstück bereitet einem den perfekten Start in den Tag. Alles frisch und in guter Qualität. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, man fühlt sich willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Pros:

The breakfast was incredible with various options of different tastes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere is great, calm and very comfortable.

I only can recommend this hotel as one of the best in the whole region.

Cons:

Nothing at all! Everything was perfect, great and there was no point what could be noticed negative.

The best place to stay for a lovely mountains holiday !
Pros:

everything ! from the super friendly staff, through the excellent facilities and rooms to the outstanding food served every evening for dinner. for us, a mountains holiday is only in Au and only at the Rossle hotel !
