MAL SERVICIO
Cons:

Llegué al hotel tipo 3:30AM, con reservación previa y la confirmación del personal del hotel que podía ingresar a esa hora. Pero ¡Oh sorpresa! No nos dejaron ingresar porque a esa hora NO SE PODÍA. Es una falta de respeto uno llegar a esa hora, y cansado para que salgan con esa pataneria.

No recomiendo este lugar. La ubicación es lo peor ya que ningún taxi quiere ir para allá ya que los locales dicen que es una zona peligrosa, la entrada no es pavimentada. Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear y la cama de mi habitación era demasiado dura, tuve dolores de cuerpo por ello. No hubo limpieza de la habitación por dos días. Y la llegada de noche no hay nadie quien te reciba ya que tienes que entrar por una puerta que no es la principal y la cerradura es difícil de abrir. Ni siquiera terminé mis días hice check out antes. Hay lugares mil veces mejor no pierdan su dinero ya que no hay reembolso.

Pros:

Tuvimos excelente atención, como llegamos solo para dormir la llegada fue un poco tarde y el personal estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades en el momento, hasta nos buscaron ya que nos pasamos unos metros adelante. La estancia fue tranquila, el colchón es de espuma así que se hunde un poco pero cumple com su función y es cómodo. No hay restaurante en el propio lugar.

Cons:

El cuarto tenia un olor a guardado, les recomiendo que me hagan aseo mas a profundidad para quitarlo para mi esposo que tiene el ofalto sensible fue un poco incomodo pero pudimos solucionarlo con un aerosol

The hotel is localeted in a dangerous zone, we had to change the hotel early of time beacuse it was dangerous go out after 6.00 pm, and they closed the place at 8.00pm, this aspect prevented us to enjoy the nigth life, by the other hand, the room was in bad conditions, it was inconforrtable, the mattress was in poor condition, the air conditioning and the bathroom smelled damp, the bathroom had a used soap with hairs, among others

The road to get to the hotel is not in a very good condition and when it rains it gets even harder to access.

Cons:

The roads to arrive at the hotel are terrible, no pavement and lots of rain made the streets full of mud (Taxis and cars almost get stuck on the ground) and almost impossible to reach walking because the pedestrian entry was full of debris, trash, and dirty puddles. No hot water.
