Pros:

Hôtel à taille humaine, buffet petit déjeuner varié, et complet servi sur le rooftop. Personnel discret, bonnes prestations pour cet hôtel très proche en voiture de la Canée.

Cons:

La proximité de la route très passante, l'insonorisation à revoir.

El personal de recepcion era amable

Cons:

No habia wifi casi, nos dieron un mini gel de ducha para 3 dias y lo mismo el jabon de manos era solido por lo cual no nos parecio higienico (siempre nos dan jabon liquido en todos los hoteles) por lo cual tuvimos que comprar en un supermercado todo, el personal de limpieza del desayuno no recogia las mesas sucias y cuando llegabamos no habia mesas limpias disponibles, desayuno bastante limitado en variedad

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The girl serving at the bar was very friendly and happy to provide information about the nearby monastery and other lovely places to visit in the area. Her helpful recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!The location was convenient, near to the beach with easy access to local attractions and to the best restaurant in the area- Salavantes garden restaurant and bar.

La colazione é varia ed abbondante. Il personale cordiale e disponibile. La struttura molto pulita e posizionata di fronte al mare. Inoltre si dorme benissimo perché poco rumorosa.

Pros:

L'emplacement près de belles plages à pied et du centre ville de Chania en bus.
Proximité aussi de supermarchés et de nombreux restaurants.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et propose des mets locaux différents tous les jours.
Les chambres et les espaces communs climatisés.
La gentillesse des employés, tous métiers confondus.

Cons:

Le service snack ferme à 20h, trop tôt pour les retours d'excursions.

Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. La piscine offre un espace avec des transats et fauteuils parfait pour l’apéro. Bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Le mobilier et la décoration sortent des années 70 alors que le brun et le orange étaient à la mode .

Kahvaltısı güzeldi ama orda da garsona kızım için kruvasan almak istediğimde müsade etmedi.(rahatsız olduğu için uyuyordu)

Oda resmen tuvalet kokuyordu. Gece boyunca koku burnumdaydı. Kıyafet dolapları rutubet koktuğu için çamaşır koyamadım. Havlular değiştiğinde yeni havlular kızartma kokuyordu.

Good Location
Pros:

Great location. Really close to Chania old town. Although the design/interior design of the room looks dated, the beds were still comfy, the room is also spacious & clean, and the toilet is good & spacious. Breakfast is also good. Pool adds a nice touch.

Cons:

WiFi is slow. Parking can be difficult as they only have limited space.

We had an issue with our room! It was advertised that the room has 3 single beds (that’s why we booked it because the ad says it has three single beds and that’s exactly what we wanted). But upon arrival we were informed that our rooms only had 1 double bed and a single bed. We were really disappointed with the staff at the reception and with booking.com. We were gaslighted by the staff as she kept saying that I should’ve requested for 3 single beds (making me feel it was my fault for not informing them)… and we kept explaining to her that the ad on booking.com says it’s a room with 3 single beds (it doesn’t make sense to request for 3 single beds, when the ad already indicated that the room has 3 single beds). We felt like we weren’t accommodated properly. We had to sort it out ourselves by calling booking.com and making arrangements. Hospitality was not that good… something to improve on.
