Einfach nur erschreckend! Frechheit! Sehr unzufrieden!
Pros:

Das Haus und die Zimmer sind auf den ersten Anschein gut !
Aber es gibt kein Personal , oder telefonische Ansprechpartner!
Draußen fällt der Putz vom Balkon ! Das Lokal im Keller gibt es nicht mehr ! Die terasse verwildert!
Alles sehr runtergekommen!
Keine Dusche , vorhangstangen mit Draht hochgebunden, Fliesen Fugen im Bad kaputt ! Seifenspender defekt ! Einige Lampen ohne Funktion oder fallen raus ! Zugang Teppich rissig ! Eingangsbereich verwildert! Frühstück Personal lästig und aufdringlich! Ukrainische Herkunft!!
Parkplätze nur 3 Stück , und bei Anfrage keine Antwort über Wochen! Pro Tag für Parkplatz 13€
Und noch viele kleine Mängel mehr…
Einfach nur abzocke 😳🙄😳

Hotel hat keinen Aufzug. Vorgarten verwildert. Bei 2 Nächten kein Zimmerservice. Reservierten Parkplatz nicht gefunden da kein Ansprechpartner vorhanden beim Einchecken. Gleich oberhalb ins Parkhaus gefahren

Lage super. Frühstück naja.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich,.

Cons:

Check-in ist im Vorfeld online über eine App...wir waren 7 Freunde. Dazu muss der Z.B. Personalausweis fotografiert werden, da es kein Personal vor Ort zum einchecken gibt. Statt Duschen hatten wir Badewannen...ok, das geht auch mal. Das Frühstück war mit dem tschechisch sprechenden Personal etwas hektisch.....aber ja, geht auch. Das Personal ist davon ausgegangen, dass wir 10 Uhr auschecken müssen, obwohl 11 Uhr bei Booking.com steht. Naja, ok.

Es ist während des Tages niemand im Hotel. Unter der angegebenen Servicetelefinnummer geht niemand ran. Wir haben beobachtet, dass auch andere Reisende ratlos vor der Türe standen.

Cons:

Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Hier versucht ein profitgieriger Inhaber soviel Geld wie möglich aus einem alten, maroden Hotel zu pressen...Mal davon abgesehen, dass man sich das Zimmer mit Filberfischchen teilt, die im Teppich wohnen, und diverse Utensilien nicht funktionierten und man die Matratzen besser nicht genau anschaut, mussten wir für einen Parkplatz am Hotel den doppelten Preis zahlen, weil wir mit 2 Motorrädern auf diesem einen Stellplatz geparkt haben. So ist es aber nirgends kommuniziert worden, weder in den AGBs noch auf der Seite des Hotels...der armen Angestellten war es sichtlich peinlich, das Geld zu fordern...so war das Hotel unverhältnismäßig teuer.

Das stimmungsvolle Hotel Aphrodite
Pros:

Das Hotel ist eine Schönheit in der Mitte der Stadt. Ein großer, sehr gepflegter Park liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Es gab Probleme mit dem Türcode. Ich habe drei verschiedene Codes bekommen. Am Ankunfttag wurden zwei falsche per Messanger geschickt. Der richtige Code kam per E-Mail.

Pros:

Saubere und gute, fast komfortable Zimmer und Bad. Ruhige Lage und doch kurze Wege zu den Parkanlagen und Stadtmitte. Frühstück war OK, Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Fenster und Balkontüren hätten außen einen neuen Anstrich verdient. Dies hatte jedoch für die Übernachtungen keine Relevanz. Online-Check-In könnte einfacher und mit weniger Hin- und Her-Emails gestaltet werden.

Komunikácia s recepciou, potrebovali sme informácie ohľadom parkovania keď sme volali tak nám prišla sms že máme napísať a keď sme sa písomne informovali do dnes nám neprišla odpoveď tak parkovanie sme museli riešiť po svojom.
