Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich schön und sehr angenehmen ruhig. Es ist kein 4 einhalb Sterne Hotel aber ein hübsches 3 einhalb Sternehotel. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig aber leider kühl, ich habe versucht das Thermostat einzustellen bin mir aber nicht sicher ob es wirklich eine Heizung gab im Zimmer. Ansonsten war es sehr nett und die Leute sind freundlich.

Pros:

Очень уютный отель с приветливым персоналом. Номер удобный. Отличное постельное белье.
Завтрак понравился. Особенно отдельный кофейник на каждом столике. Выбор нарезки сырной и мясной. Фрукты порадовали. Выручили зарядкой для телефона.
Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!

Cons:

Немного уставший вид ванной. Просится ремонт. Но в целом все чисто.

The hotel suited us for our three night stay but is more run down than the photos depict.
Pros:

Location was excellent, on a quiet street and close to the gardens and centre. The couple who run the hotel are very helpful and friendly. There is a path by the side of the hotel leading straight to the park.
Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Also we had access to the upstairs balcony.

Cons:

Better quality rolls/bread and jams would improve the breakfast. Also the cereals tasted old and the fruit selection could be better and maybe changed each day. Fried eggs were in a tray and not made to order. Coffee was in a thermos on the table by 8.00. If you come later to breakfast, it already doesn't taste so good. So generally, the breakfast was disappointing.
The carpet in our room was stained and one of the curtains was partly hanging off the runner. This is a maintenance issue and should be addressed. Likewise the shower holder - we noticed it was cracked and likely to snap off any moment. The public parts of the hotel are newly painted and have new carpets, but the bedrooms need some updating.
The maid made up the beds and emptied the bins every day while we were at breakfast, but we were there three nights and the shower/bathroom was not cleaned during that time as far as we could see.
The hotel provide a bottle of (diluted) hand soap and sachets of shower gel, but otherwise you need to have your own soap and lotion.
One of the photos on the website shows a terrace restaurant on the grass by the side of the hotel - it no longer exists.
There should be a bike parking place where people can secure their bicycles...during our stay two bikes were parked right outside the main entrance.

Nice, quiet hotel in a beautiful area.
Pros:

Staff and manager were super helpful and friendly (bonus points for being patient with our Czech; it's far from fluent but we wanted to practice as much as we could while in the country). Breakfast was solid (not as much choice as at a larger hotel, but enough choice to have some variety from day to day). We only had one evening meal at the hotel (there is a lot of choice within walking distance), they offer a good choice of Czech cuisine nicely prepared.
Convenient access to beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was a little erratic in our room--we had the last room in the corridor, and the signal was much better when we went to the lounge area mid-corridor. But I would have preferred to be able to FaceTime to family reliably from our room.
I would have preferred to pay buy by credit card, but Saint Antonius was cash-only. There are, of course, ATMs within ½ to 1 km, but they come with service fees I prefer to avoid. In general, many places in Mariánské Lázně are cash-only, so a good idea to bring sufficient cash with you. On the other hand, they do accept euros (as does practically everywhere else in the region), which may offset the inconvenience of cash for some travellers.

One night stay in good area.
Pros:

The breakfast was just European breakfast with wide selection of dishes. You can take what you want and enjoy your meal. Additionally I was asked if I'd love to have scrambled eggs, so it was serviced immediately and in tasty way.
The room was clean and cozy.
As I travelled with a bicycle, the owner let me have it safely inside the building free of charge. So it was really amazing.

Cons:

For just one night stay there was nothing to be improved.
