la atencion de los chicos fue muy buena a pesar de que eran muy pocas personas para realizar todas las lavores, el desayuno muy bueno, ubicacion excelente

no ubicaron en las habitaciones de abajo, al fondo, y tenian un olor imprecnado a humedad, moho... pero no por falta de aseo, estaba muy bien aseado, sino por que el espacio, alli es demasiado cerrado y huele un poco desagradable, adicional a eso, la persona que se encontraba alojada en la habitacion continua estaba fumado al parecer en la habitacion y todo el pacillo olia a cigarrillo

Cons:

La niña que nos recibió no tenía la información clara respecto al transporte para los termales. Me parece importante ya que es un lugar turístico, y perdimos tiempo, lo tuvimos que dejar para el día siguiente, por lo cual no pudimos visitar Pereira. Es solo una sugerencia

I expected more for such high price. Not worth the value.

They didn’t inform us about the renovations so we didn’t get the room I excepted. We got a small room without windows.
