Das Personal sehr bemüht, Essen war mittelmäßig
Was aber richtig gestört hat es war ein Preis ausgemacht der nicht gehalten wurde. Und das Haus ist leider Alt.

A környezet gyönyörű,a szálloda kellemes ,jó wellnes részleggel fedett medencével szaunákkal,pihenőkkel.

Cons:

Nem jó szobát választottam/csillagvizsgáló/ ,amiben nem működött a radiátor...sem a törölköző szárító,így a vizes fürdő cuccok nem száradtak..

Situation super, Restaurant correct, chambre Nr 3310 de typ Sterngucker trop petit 14m2 déconseillé

la situation géographique est unique dans la région.

Cons:

C'était mon 2ieme séjour la et je remarque une forte dégradation au niveau l'engagement du personnel de servir le client.
En plus la chambre réservée chez booking.com (chambre double de luxe utilisé par 1 personne) ne correspond pas les catégories a l'hôtel (Sternguckerzimmer de 14m2). Le prix chez booking 180,- et le prix chez l'hôtel est afficher avec 149,-€ pour cette catégorie. La direction m'avait propose une autre chambre.

A bit obsolete & worn out. Too expensive. Isolated, so no other choice in terms of restaurants, bars, shops.
