Pros:

Jídlo dobré, čistota u úklid prima, postele pohodlné

Cons:

Je to úplně v centru, vedle je restaurace kde je hluk do 23 hodin, pokud je venku teplo je to nepříjemné.
Je třeba s tím takto počítat, zase je člověk v centru a to je výhoda...Se zavřeným oknem to není problém...

Pros:

La struttura si trova in zona centrale, con possibilità di posto auto per 8€ al giorno nel parcheggio sotterraneo del paese. Buona colazione continentale e buona cena. L'hotel include la Joker Card, utilissima! Il personale è cordiale e parla anche inglese. Giornalmente veniva rifatta la camera e venivano cambiati gli asciugamani.

Charmant familiehotel met uitstekende bediening.
Pros:

Een charmant familiehotel met een hartelijke sfeer! Onze kamer was prima onderhouden en had een prachtig balkon met zicht over heel de straat – trouwens, hun bloemenbalkon is absoluut het mooiste van de hele straat. De ideale ligging midden in het centrum maakt alles makkelijk bereikbaar. Overdekte parking aan 8€/dag. Het beperkte ontbijt was meer dan voldoende en vers, maar bij het avondeten mochten er wat mij betreft iets meer groentjes geserveerd worden. Verder was alles prima in orde.
Het supervriendelijke en behulpzame personeel dat je meteen thuis doet voelen. Een aanrader!"

Een mapje op de kamer met informatie over het hotel zelf. Bijvoorbeeld de openingsuren van hun restaurant en andere kleine info.
Er zouden 's avonds iets meer groentjes bij het gerecht mogen.

Lovely, kind, hospitable place to stay, with a central location close to everything. Varied food and great breakfas
Pros:

We loved the location, we loved our rooms and our balcony with the view. We loved the music on our first night, plus the breakfast and supper was delicious! It had a very friendly, family run vibe. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The pedestrian street is in a fantastic location for the lifts, swimming pool and the 680 bus. We used our joker cards and guest mobility tickets every day. Thank you

Disappointed, lots of room for improvement + investment

Well, sadly. There was quiet a few things I didn't like at the hotel.
Firstly, as being english I put on my own during meals and the waiting staff were not very welcoming. Fair enough Austrian is not a language I can speak but there was no one who spoke English or wanted to even try, even thou I tryed my best to speek broken Austrian. The food was so basic and bland and when I left my plate with food on it, I was made to feel like a naughty little boy at school, from grumpy dinner ladies.
Secondly my room totally did not look like it did on the picture it was a shoe box, clean ish very basic 1 pillow but heavily used sheets, that wore changed daily but still very tired. They wore originally white but I received yellow ones.
Basically overall I will not be going back again. If I was to complain they would not of understood me anyway. The first time in my life I have looked forward to going home, after my fist night in a hotel.

Pros:

Very well located, easy to use, friendly staff, clean , nice food and half board was included very good value.

Cons:

I like a harder pillow, it was a soft one.
An option to pay extra for a cooked full english would have been amazing

I stayed over NYE and I have really enjoyed the gala evening! Thank you for everything, I had lovely
Pros:

Food was very nice, always freshly prepared and plenty to choose from! Staff was always smiling and they were kind, helpful and service was fast. Evening meals were great. Mulled wine was so good!!!
I would also like to say thank you for helping me to find correct bus connections prior my arrival and for the journey back. Communication with the hotel was great and they were very helpful!
I'll be booking to go back to The Hotel Mitterer soon again!
