Gerne wieder, aber bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bitte mehr Freundlichkeit des Personals. Bitte volles Potenial aus
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr gut, die Lage top und mit der zu Verfügung gestellten Stubai Super Card konnte man den gesamten Nahverkehr und die im Gebiet vorhandenen Seilbahnen gratis benutzen. Anton und der Kellner mit Zopf aus Ungarn ( Name leider vergessen) war eine angenehme Überraschung im Gegensatz zum restlichen Personal.

Cons:

Leider fehlte mir komplett die für Österreich bekannte Freundlichkeit beim Personal ( Außer Anton und der mit dem Zopf aus Ungarn). Auch wenn es interne Probleme geben sollte, dann bitte nicht zu Lasten des Urlaubsgefühls der Gäste. Das Hotel duldet Haustiere,(hatten einen kleinen Zamperl dabei), bitte eine generelle Lösung für das Abendessen (z.b Abteil für Hund und Herrchen (ihr habt genug davon)).

Pros:

La camera ampia ma con un bagno di dimensioni ridotte. L'immagine esterna e interna .

Cons:

La colazione scarsa nell'offerta, nella qualità e quantità in uno spazio insufficiente per la numerosa clientela. La proposta unica di una caraffa di caffè americano e un bricolage di latte/panna. Roba che non si vede più neanche negli hotel di minori stelle.
La mancanza di un deposito biciclette. Il saponcino nel lavandino e un barattolo nella vasca. Una bella struttura gestita con vecchi concetti.

Ottima vacanza nella valle dello Stubai
Pros:

La struttura in stile tirolese è molto bella e con una bella vista sulle montagne circostanti.
La colazione è varia sia nel dolce che nel salato.
I piatti della cena molto buoni, ricercati, vari, ben presentati e sempre con una proposta vegetariana.
La camera tripla era grande e ben disposta dotata di un bel balcone (unico appunto i separatori del balcone dovrebbero essere più alti perché non c'è privacy).

Cons:

I camerieri in sala molto gentili e disponibili soprattutto i ragazzi giovani, unico appunto è che parlano solo tedesco, pochissimo inglese e solo un ragazzo parla anche un po' di italiano.

Leider konnten uns Ausstattung, Verpflegung und Service insgesamt nicht überzeugen.
Pros:

Der Ausblick war wunderschön und als besonderes Plus konnten wir kostenlos E-Bikes ausleihen – eine tolle Möglichkeit, die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Frühstück waren gegen 9:00 Uhr bereits keine Brötchen mehr verfügbar und für einen Cappuccino wurde ein Aufpreis berechnet. Das Abendessen konnte uns leider nicht überzeugen, da es den Eindruck machte, nicht frisch zubereitet, sondern lediglich aufgewärmt zu sein. Der Fitnessbereich fiel mit drei in einer Nische aufgestellten Steppern sehr klein aus und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Tak mało brakowało by hotel "zgarnął maksa": super jedzenie, miła obsługa, świetna lokalizacja, przemyślana narciarnia, zupełnie wystarczająca do regeneracji strefa wellness, fajna zielona okolica....

Cons:

....tylko wymaga więcej codziennej troski o infrastrukturę lub jej odświeżenia. Ostre fragment połamanego plastiku w słuchawce prysznicowej, wystający nieosłonięty suwak potencjometru w radyjku wbudowanym w łóżko, spalone żarówki. I jeszcze jeden minus: potwornie wąska wanna w wielkiej łazience, gdzie spokojnie zmieściłoby się jacuzzi.

Pros:

Snídaně i večeře perfektní, bohaté, k večeři velký výběr salátů. V hotelu jsme byli 5 nocí a rádi se do něj vrátíme při dalším lyžařském výletu na Stubaiský ledovec.

Cons:

Ochlazovací bazének u sauny byl téměř prázdný. Matrace v manželské posteli byly příliš měkké.
