Pros:

Die Lage, der hauseigene Strand und das Frühstück sind top!

Cons:

Das unfreundliche Personal, war viel zu sehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.
Das Zimmer war nicht sauber - Spinnweben in vielen Ecken!

Cons:

Nach 1000 km Fahrt haben wir gefragt ob man das Zimmer eine Stunde früher bekommen könnten.
Es wurde gesagt ja wir sagen ihn bescheid aber leider wurde der nächsten Schicht nichts weitergeleitet und wir haben bis 14Uhr gewartet obwohl es lange fertig war.

Toilette wurde mit Klebeband repariert
0,75 Wasser kostet 7,50€
Und im Laden 0,74€

Sehr nettes Personal und erstklassiger Service. Sie helfen gern bei allen Anliegen/Problemen.
Die Lage Top erste Reihe am Wörthersee 1+
Riesige auswahl beim Frühstück, alles auch lecker und frisch.
Durch den Privatstrand/Abschnitt am See wird der Gang ins Freibad unnötig.
Die Hotel Lobby ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es passt einfach alles sehr gut zusammen. Da fühlt man sich wohl.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht ganz so (Luxoriös) wie im EG eingerichtet.
Aber es ist alles da was man braucht, und es ist sauber.

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit herrlicher Aussicht dazu direkt am See. Wenige Minuten Fußweg und man ist am Schlosshotel bzw Casino

Zimmer schlicht aber alles vorhanden
Parkplätze in ausreichender Zahl direkt oberhalb des Hotels vorhanden

Badezimmer könnte eine Frischzellenkur vertragen aber zweckmäßig
