Amazing staff, great place to stay in beautiful Tuscany.
Pros:

Beautiful Tuscan style villa, great location, very green all around and close enough to Siena. The staff are the best thing about this hotel, they are exceptional, they go above and beyond to help. Many thanks to one of the guys at the front desk (I think his name was Giovanni but not sure - apologies for not remembering) who helped my husband find an ENT doctor in Siena for a problem that turned out to be quite serious if not treated immediately. His urgency and help is greatly appreciated as it helped my husband get the necessary treatment quickly despite the language barrier.

The hotel was really beautiful, and its location is amazing—completely surrounded by nature. The air was very fresh, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.
The restaurant was also excellent. The squid ink seafood spaghetti was absolutely amazing—definitely one of the best dishes I’ve had. I highly recommend anyone planning to have dinner there to try it first. It was incredibly delicious!
However, it would have been better if the room we booked was not an attic room, or if this had been clearly mentioned while booking. It would make the experience more transparent. It was a bit of a surprise for us, and the room didn’t fully match the pictures we expected.
Overall, it was still a nice stay. I would especially recommend choosing rooms with proper windows if you want to enjoy the sunrise.

Przepiękne położenie: cisza, spokój, otoczenie, basen, przepiękny toskański krajobraz- mieliśmy pokój na II piętrze, widok z okna bajeczny, pobliska droga - mało uczęszcza, do Sieny 25 min samochodem, samochód konieczny do zwiedzania Toskanii, przemili pracownicy: recepcja- super, obsługa przy śniadaniu bardzo miła. Pokój o podwyższonym standarcie- przepiękny, czyściutko, duży „+ „ dla Pań sprzątających. Śniadanie- bez przepychu, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jedyny dyskomfort to restauracja- która nie jest chyba jednością z hotelem, mało przyjemny Pan zarządzający salą, w przeciwieństwie do kelnerów, wymuszanie zamówienia 2 dań/ informacja taka jest dostarczana już przede przyjazdem/, nie włączając w to deseru, to według nas karygodne, po całodniowym zwiedzaniu, lunchu w ciągu dnia, chcielibyśmy coś przekąsić a nie objadać się na noc- nie było takiej możliwości, bo 2 talerze to dla nas za dużo, jesteśmy abstynentami - więc nie zamówienie wina, jak sądzimy, nie zostało dobrze odebrane.Podsumowując miejsce przepiękne, cały hotel wielki”+”, restauracja duży „-„, choć trzeba przyznać że posiłki bardzo smaczne. „Nakazy” restauracyjne odbierają jednak dużą cześć przyjemności z pobytu.

Il luogo è strepitoso, una bellissima villa con una piscina fantastica ed un panorama eccezionale.
Personale molto cortese, forse un minimo di empatia in più non guasterebbe.

Cons:

Arrivando la sera tardi (quindi con il buio) non è semplice intuire che l’accesso alla villa con l’auto è impossibile, bisogna lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio sul lato opposto della strada, prendere i bagagli e raggiungere la reception.
Fattibile ma certamente non comodo ed avrei gradito ricevere indicazioni prima dell’arrivo.
La camera era nella dépendance, l’ho trovata piuttosto umida (il bagno cieco non è d’aiuto) e decisamente poco insonorizzata.
Sempre a proposito del bagno: per accedervi c’è uno scalino piuttosto alto, scomodo.
