Important information:

Please note that property's reception closes at 11:00PM. To arrive later than that, please contact the staff in advance.

A surcharge of 35 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Bear in mind that the property offers different options in Twin room, Double room & Suite superior either including views or not.

Pros:

Wonderful view over the valley, friendly welcome, good breakfast, restaurant with a view, pool with same view - and all that for a decent pre-season price - made us stay 2nights longer than planned.

Cons:

Most things in the restaurant were great, few things a bit less, but still good price-value ratio, and very friendly staff made it worthwhile.

De locatie was prima, uitzicht over het stadje

Cons:

Bij aankomst kregen we een kleine verouderde kamer en het rook penetrant naar wc reiniger. Na enig bellen met de manager kregen we een andere kamer maar we moesten wel bijbetalen, geen warm welkom dus. Deze kamer was iets groter maar nog steeds een vrij klein bed. Erger is dat er geen koffie machine op de kamer staat. Ook geen zitje of bureau op de kamer. Een schone handdoek krijg je alleen als je ervoor betaald. Het ontbijt is oké maar basic, alles zoveel mogelijk voorverpakt, geen personeel te zien bij het ontbijt.

Adequate for a very basic stay, no frills, some rooms are very noisy.
Pros:

Nice view from the room. No issues with parking space. Good shower.

Cons:

Our room was located right below the restaurant. The sound insulation is terrible and we were awakened by noise of people walking back and forth and furniture being dragged around at 7:40 am, if not earlier. It’s impossible to have an early night, as the restaurant opens for dinner and it’s a constant dragging of chairs, sound of children running around, and people walking about non-stop.


They advertise a pool, but the pool was dirty. I asked if the pool would be cleaned, as my child wanted to use it. They said this was unlikely as it’s the middle of winter and no one uses the pool. It was sunny on all days we were there, with temperatures reaching 21 degrees on one of the days.

Para o preço estava excelente
Pros:

Pequeno-almoço muito bom.
Só fiquei uma noite mas não porque o hotel não prestasse.
É um excelente 3 estrelas, relação preço-qualidade muito boa. Estou habituada a ir para hoteis de 5 estrelas mas como seria basicamente para dormir reservei aqui. Com o preço que custou foi excelente.

Geweldig hotel
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel.

Heerlijk ontbijt.
Veilig en ruim parkeren op de parkeerplaats van het hotel.
