Important information:

Children aged 2–5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Please note that property's reception closes at 11:00PM. To arrive later than that, please contact the staff in advance.

A surcharge of 35 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Bear in mind that the property offers different options in Twin room, Double room & Suite superior either including views or not.

Please note that the swimming pool is closed until 15 of May 2025 inclusive.

Frukosten var utmärkt. Mycket trevlig personal.

TV-n som var i minsta laget.

En natt väcktes vi c:a kl 02.20 av att vatten rann in i rummet från branddetektorn i rummet,
Jag gick upp till våningen ovanför (receptionen) där vattnet låg i stora pölar över hela golvet. Ingen personal fanns tillgänglig men efter en stund hittade jag ett röravbrott. Lyckades hitta en avstängningskran och fick med denna stängt av utflödet.

Städning av rummet skedde först på eftermiddagen.

Everything (facilities, location, view, cleanliness, modern renovation, etc etc), apart from incompentent and arrogant staff.

Cons:

Incompentent and arrogant staff. It was written nor communicated nowhere that I need to have passports of my kids with me (luckily they accepted digital copies eventually). I received an agressive toned communication about check in although I had indicated our latest check in time (in fact we were there earlier, but key cards could only be issued at 15:00, sharp to the second!). They wanted to charge us for a crib when seeing our kid, although we had not requested it (kids are old enough already) and in the booking information it should have been free anyway. We had to wait 30-40 minutes for the lunch (which eventually was delicious and a very good price, recommended in fact!) behind some funny Portuguese procedure. The same clerk from the desk also hadled (or tried to handle) the restaurant visits. They up the billing and prices in the souvenir shop. What a mess! The only reason giving more than 1/10 is that everything else was actually great. The pool is amazing. But the experience with staff made it dissapointing. Sorry.

Expensive drinks and bo mention of fee for butter and cheese that they serve you to start with.

Lugar calmo, parecia estar em casa nos Açores!
Pros:

Funcionários muito bons em especial a Sra Graça Pacheco sempre muito prestável, o Chefe do rodízio,um Sr. Brasileiro e restante staff .
Localização muita boa, lugar muito calmo e espaço para estacionar.
Piscina sempre limpa.
Sala grande e esplanada ambas com boa vista.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, agréable, bien placé, accès, parking gratuit...
La dame de l'accueil très sympa, parlant français, très disponible...
Chambre très agréable tout confort avec balcon...minibar et miniprix...
Piscine agréable avec vue...
Idem pour le resto, juste au dessus...
Plat excellent et généreux à petits prix...
Petits déjeuners sucré salé de qualité et le choix de la salade de fruits frais...
Rien à dire, merci on a passé un très bon moment...
Très bon rapport qualité prix...

Cons:

Petits bémols, le jus d'orange n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur des autres prestations, dommage, mais vraiment pas très grave...
Et un dernier détail, la porte qui accéde à la piscine claque assez fort, malgré le système de retenue, désagréable lorsque que l'on est sur les bains de soleil...et qu'il y a du passe passe...
Juste un petit réglage serait bienvenu...
