Wij vonden het geweldig en gezellig.
Pros:

Wij zochten een betaalbare locatie aan het strand en vonden deze bij Atlântica. Het is een familie hotel met zeer prettige bediening, aardige eigenaren-echtpaar, waar je je snel thuis zal voelen. Het strand en de boulevard bevinden zich op steenworp afstand van 20mtr. Het hotel is brandschoon en verzorgd. De bedden en het linnengoed wordt dagelijks verschoond.
Het ontbijt is zeer ruim voorzien met verse producten, o.a. scrambled egg met spek, vers gebakken broodjes en gesneden fruit. Maar ook cereal ontbijt, en typische lokale hapjes.
Avond eten kan je in de directe omgeving opzoeken, maar wij vonden het prettig om in het eigen restaurant Cavalho te eten. Vis, vlees en pasta. De 'robalo' (zeebaars) en rundvlees op een hot-stone waren onze favorieten.

Cons:

Niets viel tegen - je krijgt verassend meer dan waar je naar op zoek bent en alles is dichtbij op loopafstand.
Je zou de krappe badkamer kunnen noemen, maar als je met zijn tweeën bent is dat zeer goed te doen.
Verder zit je in het centrum dicht aan de boulevard. Daar zit het uitgaansleven; je doet mee of je krijgt het mee. In het barretje naast het hotel kan het soms tot de late uurtjes gezellig zijn.

Das Personal war sehr nett, angehmer schneller Check'in.
Das Frühstück war super, rin riesen Buffet.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Stöpsel im Waschbecken. Bin Backpacker und wollte T-Shirt und Socken waschen. Das geht dann nicht.
Die Dusche ist sehr eng. Ich bin schlank, da geht das, aber dicke Leute?

Ou reduz o preço ou melhora a qualidade
Pros:

A localização é muito boa. Quarto silencioso, água de chuveiro com boa temperatura e boa pressão, o facto de ter elevador também é uma mais valia.

Cons:

Varanda completamente suja sem ser possível a sua utilização, quarto muito pequeno e pouco funcional, casa de banho necessita de remodelação, horário de pequeno almoço tardio para quem quer sair cedo e aproveitar o dia, apenas começa as 8.30h (deveria começar mais cedo), o pequeno almoço é fraco com pouca variedade e qualidade, uma reposição em quantidades muito reduzidas. Não dispõe de estacionamento. Preço muito elevado para as condições que dispõe. Alguns anos atrás o hotel era muito melhor com antiga gerência, onde tudo estava sempre impecável e com um pequeno almoço de excelência, agora foi uma desilusão.
