Ein tolles Erlebnis, das wir in jedem Fall wiederholen werden!
Pros:

Die Lage ist fast einzigartig, in jedem Fall aber für diesen Preis. Das Schloss liegt in einem kleinen Wäldchen versteckt und lädt zum träumen ein. Viele Räumlichkeiten, wie der große Saal und andere Zimmer können entdeckt werden. Wer sich schon immer (fast) völlig frei in einem Schloss bewegen und vieles entdecken wollte, ist hier in jedem Fall richtig. Die Schlossherrin ist persönlich vor Ort, kümmert sich um alle Belange und nimmt sich die Zeit, um sich mit den Gästen zu unterhalten. Das Frühstück ist einfach und gut.

Cons:

Der Empfang (sowohl WLAN als auch Handy) sind aufgrund der dicken Mauern und des Waldes sehr eingeschränkt. Wer Luxus im Sinne eines 4- oder 5-Sterne Hotels sucht, ist hier falsch. Wer ein kleines Abenteuer sucht und sich wie ein Mitglied einer Familie im Mittelalter fühlen möchte, wird dieses Schloss lieben.

Lage zum Golfplatz

Cons:

Wir können leider die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wie wussten zwar, dass es sich um kein 4* Hotel handelt, aber dass keine Dusche vorhanden ist, sondern eine in die Jahre gekommene, mit Rostflecken versehene Badewanne, wussten wir leider nicht. Auch die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, die Bettwäsche war wohl eine Kunstfaser, in der man nur schwitzte. Frühstück war Selbstbedienung, Personal nicht vorhanden. Das DeluxeZimmer war bei Ankunft stark parfümiert um den modrigen Geruch der Gemäuer zu überdecken.

Kurzer Urlaub zum Golfspielen
Pros:

Romantisches Schloss und perfekt für einen Golf(kurz)urlaub. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl auch.

Cons:

Leider war beim Frühstück niemand da( Einführung gabs beim Einchecken) und da nur ein weiteres Zimmer belegt war, konnten wir als spätere Gäste nur mehr das Restgebäck nehmen.

Große Auswahl und wunderbar auf der Terrasse zu genießen.

Cons:

Einziges Manko: in der Preiskategorie würde ich Bio Eier (oder Produkte) erwarten oder zumindest aus Freilandhaltung, jedenfalls nicht aus Bodenhaltung.

Pros:

I would totally recommend the stay! The castle itself has an amazing atmosphere, beautiful garden, rooms and surrounding environment. The staff was very nice as well. The breakfast choice was quite rich. We found it totally by chance but I'm glad we gave it a try.

Cons:

There were only two things that we didn't like. Even though the temperature in castle during summer is great there was no possibility to store any food. I would really welcome to have a small fridge in the room.
The second thing was that our room was behind reception so sometimes it was more busy or it wasn't pleasant to cross the room with people working or having a meeting.
