Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Leider nichts für Kinder und das Frühstück ist für den Preis viel zu klein. Bei dem Preis könnte es wenigstens frisch gepressten Saft geben oder etwas mehr Auswahl

Príjemmý rodinný hotel
Pros:

Personál bol mimoriadne ochotný.
Jedlo bolo chutné- síce skromné menu - asi iné každý večer, ale pochutili sme si.
Izby sú síce maličké ale na prespatie stačí, kúpeľňa krásne čistá a rekonštruovaná.
Skvelá sauna s výhľadom a balkónom.
Svah na lyžovanie s malými lyžiarmi - pre začiatočníkov na konci dediny.

Sajnos csalódtunk és többet nem fogunk ide visszamenni

Sajnos a de luxe besorolásúként foglalt szobánkat a 3 óra körüli érkezésünkre - mint később kiderült - már eladták, ám ezt nem jelezték és szó nélkül a melléképületben adtak egy olyan szobát, amiben csak egy ágy és két éjjeliszekrény volt. Sem asztal, sem szék, sem szekrény, sem hűtő. Ha ezt elfogadtuk, volna, a lényegében becsapnak bennünket. Reklamációnkra és a mi határozott kérésünkre a szobát ugyan leárazták, de egy szóval sem hangzott el, hogy elnézést kérnek. A fürdőszoba egyébként szép volt, bár a a lefoglalt de luxe kategóriában a szobák kádasak, itt zuhany volt, A reggeli finom volt és választékos, bár azt nem tudtuk meg, hogy lehetett volna esetleg meleg reggelit is kérni.

Cons:

A leárazott szoba üres, ezért nagyon sivár és volt és ráadásul egy kissé elhanyagolt belső udvarra nézett az egyetlen apró ablak. A fürdőszoba ötletes berendezésű, ám a tükör törött, a mosdó csap elmozgott, a kilincs állandóan a kezünkben maradt.
A recepción semmiféle információt nem kaptunk, pl. a szaunahasználatról, vagy a hotel egyéb szolgáltatásairól stb, a recepciós türelmetlen volt.

Großartig- jederzeit wieder gerne

Frühstücksbüffet absolut empfehlenswert
Ich war 3 Nächte mit meiner Enkelin auch für die
6 jährige wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Wir kommen
