Als die Koffer am Zimmer waren begann ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Alles so wie beschrieben. Wanderwege schnell erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich. Indoorpool perfekt.

Cons:

Leider kein Aufzug vorhanden. Mit schweren Gepäck etwas mühsam.

Super netter und engagierter Gastgeber. Toller warme Pool und sehr modern. Die Kegelbahn war für die Kinder echt klasse. Leckeres Essen im Restaurant.

Clean, cozy and excellent poll
Pros:

A beautiful family owned hotel with restaurant and swimming pool/spa. We took advantage of the swimming pool, which was delightful, even if it was not on the lager side, but well done, modern, in stainless steel, with large windows and stunning views of the hills. We were lucky to wake up with snow all around us. The room was good in size, the bathroom was clean and we had all that we needed. Also good quality beer at the bar. Staff was very nice. We would like to stay again here when we pass through Austria.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Maybe just the access to the pool/spa building, But nothing that would actually be considered a deal-breaker.

Personal sehr schlecht
Pros:

Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Unfreundliches und arrogantes Personal.
Rezeption war überfordert und nicht kritikfähig.offenbar auch nicht in PC Dingen ausgebildet. Ebenso Probleme mir der Sprache.
Würde es nicht empfehlen. Gibt genügend Hotels nebenan.
