Wir haben als Paar ein wunderschönes Wochenende auf der Turracher Höhe verbracht und hätten uns keinen besseren Ort dafür wünschen können. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir so herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt haben.
Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – mitten auf der Turracher Höhe und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschöne Umgebung zu genießen. Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wird.
Ein besonderes Lob verdient die Gastgeberfamilie. So viel Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft erlebt man nur selten. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt und man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass es ihnen wirklich am Herzen liegt, ihren Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten.
Auch kulinarisch wurden wir rundum verwöhnt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – mit viel Liebe zubereitet, hochwertig und geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau. Die Küche versteht es hervorragend, regionale Zutaten mit feiner Gastronomie zu verbinden und auf individuelle Wünsche einzugehen. Jeder Gang war ein Genuss.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und wohl gewählt. Zu dem Buffet kann man sich als Hotelgast zusätzlich jedes Gericht der Frühstückskarte kostenlos hinzubestellen, um für jeden Gast ein möglichst frisches Ergebnis zu zaubern. Alles wird herzlich und verständlich erklärt - es fehlt einem hier an nichts (Graved Lachs, Eier in jeglicher Form, Birchermüsli, etc.).
Abgerundet wurde unser Aufenthalt durch den wunderschönen Spa-Bereich. Er ist geschmackvoll gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Der Murmeltierraum mit den Heubetten ist wirklich einzigartig - hier kann man richtig die Seele baumeln lassen.
Wir sind mit so vielen schönen Erinnerungen nach Hause gefahren und können dieses Hotel aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

The check-in process was quick and they offered me the option to have dinner just before the restaurant closing, a relief after the long travel. The bathroom is renovated and clean.
Room has old stains from 20 years ago, on carpet and chairs. The bed sheet had 3 separate holes in it! Bed frame squeaked every time I moved. The breakfast was poor, with limited options of not-so-great products.
But the strangest experience starts after taking my seat and bringing my breakfast to the table. The owner approaches me with an "extra menu" for breakfast, with eggs, pancakes, and similar food which you expect at any breakfast buffet, each costing 5-9€. After I decided not to order anything extra, she tells me not to look at the prices, that those prices are not for me (why have you given me the pricelist then, could've been a menu without prices?). At the checkout, 15 minutes later, she asks me how I want to pay the remaining costs (last night's dinner and tourist tax, totalling 27€), and then reacts offended when I choose to pay by card. Started explaining how she will have extra card fees, and is visibly shocked when I told her I paid tourist tax in the last 5 hotels in Austria without anyone batting an eye. Declined my offer to charge me extra for the card fee.
I paid 126€ for a night in filthy room, you wanted to upsell me eggs for breakfast, and then complain to me about card transaction fee?!

Die Lage ist gut ,gleich neben dem Lift und man hat Seeblick. Sehr gute Frühstück ,alles da . Die Betreiberfamilie ist sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zumachen.

Frühstück und Abendessen ausgezeichnet, regionale Produkte, liebevoll zubereitet. Lage direkt am Schilift. Wir durften unser Auto bis zum Abend am hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen lassen.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Wellnessbereich war top.
Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und möchte alle Wünsche erfüllen. Das Hotel wird sehr gut geführt. Man merkt die Freundlichkeit. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Ich habe mich vor Ort sehr wohl gefühlt.
