Alles was man für einen Skiurlaub benötigt ist direkt vor Ort
Pros:

Die Lage ist top 👍🏼 und das Hotel ist wirklich modern und stylisch eingerichtet.
Der eigene Skiraum ist total praktisch. Von der Piste direkt ins Hotel 👍🏼auch die direkt angrenzende Bar war sehr schön und lädt zum verweilen ein.

Der Mammut Shop direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine clevere Idee, falls mal doch was zu Hause vergessen wurde

Cons:

Es wäre schön gewesen wenn auch für Veganer was dabei gewesen wäre.

Pros:

Skvela poloha chaty. Interier spolecnych prostor a restaurace je moc pekny. Snidane celkem ok.

Cons:

Ctyrluzkovy pokoj Deluxe byl velmi maly, cely pobyt jsme museli pretrpet, protoze jsme se tam v ctyrech se vsemi zimnimi vecmi proste nevesli. Takze tam byl celou dobu neporadek. Je tam jedna mala skrin pod palandou, ve ktere je tma a je tezke tam neco hledat. Kufry jsme museli uskladnit v aute, protoze je nebylo kam dat. Koupelna uplne malinka, clovek stoji neustale u wc, coz ja v ubytovani opravdu nemam rada. V pokoji je omsely flekaty koberec, coz pusobi hodne nehygienicky. Mydlo z davkovace pachlo zatuchlinou. Uklid za dobu pobytu nebyl, o nove rucniky a vyneseni kose jsme museli pozadat. Odjizdeli jsme o den drive, protoze jsme se tam opravdu necitili pohodlne. Ctyrluzkovy pokoj deluxe urcite neni na delsi pobyt pro 4 lidi, spise pro 2. Velmi male parkoviste. Vzhledem k vyse zvedenemu povazuji cenu za velmi prepalenou. Uz se sem nevratime, ackoli poloha chaty je vyborna, radsi budeme hledat jine ubytovani.

Schöne Unterkunft in super Lage.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer für 4 Personen. Die Lage der Unterkunft sowie das Frühstück waren wunderbar. In dem dazugehörigen Restaurant kann nan zudem lecker speisen.
Man kann mit den Ski bei geöffneter Piste direkt bis „ins Zimmer“ fahren.

Cons:

Leider waren nicht ausreichend freie Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft vorhanden, so dass wir auf den öffentlichen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz von Mala Upa ausweichen mussten

Cenově to ubytování neodpovídá
Pros:

Snídaně se postupně lepšily. 1. den chybělo sladké pečivo a Prosseco. 2. den bylo již pečivo a 3. den i Prosseco.

Cons:

4x jsme reklamovali. že při - 9oC by mohli zatopit. 2x byl na pokoji opravář, ale topení nefungovalo. Naúčtovali nám cenu 10567,- Kč místo Vámi udávaných 9798,- Kč. Proč?
Ani jednou neuklidili pokoj, nevynesli koš, nedodali toialetní papír. Tam již nepojedeme.
