Our host Eleni was fabulous, so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough to help with anything. The accommodation was lovely, clean and modern. The location is perfect, 5 mins from the beach and the same from the main pedestrian area with lots of restaurants etc. Skala is a lovely location and would definitely return.
Very minor but maybe a few small draws for clothing and towel hooks in the bathroom but its nothing really.

We had a very pleasant stay at Socrates Apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet but still close to the beach and restaurants, which made it very convenient. Eleni was a friendly and helpful host, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, a great value and perfect for a relaxing holiday

The location of the apartment was great, walking distance for swimming at the beach and restaurants. Very spacious and clean , family friendly.
Accoglienza calorosa e professionale, la camera era nuova e progettata in modo funzionale. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, dalla pulizia alle comodità come lo stendino con le mollette, il phon e il ferro da stiro. Inoltre viene offerto il servizio pulizia pari a un hotel. Consigliato e se avremo modo torneremo. Grazie in particolar modo a Helena.
The place is situated in an excellent location, near the beach and near the city center. The owners are very kind and we felt like in the middle of the family.

Non potevamo desiderare di meglio: l’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Helena e Dimitrios sono state davvero impareggiabili. Ci hanno fatti sentire a casa, coccolati da tante piccole attenzioni che fanno davvero la differenza.
L’alloggio si trova a Skala, che – dopo aver visitato diverse località dell’isola – posso dire essere tra le più vive e piacevoli, fatta eccezione forse per Argostoli, che però ha un’atmosfera più “cittadina” e ti fa vivere meno l’anima autentica della Grecia.
Spero davvero di tornare presto a Cefalonia e, se ci riuscirò, non ho dubbi: tornerò in questo appartamento!

Our stay at Socrates apartment was perfect. Eleni and her family were perfect hosts, helpful, friendly, and responsive. The location was absolutely perfect 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main area of shops, restaurants and the high street. Even with it being so close to amenities it was really quiet. The room was beautifully designed with a luxury feel and really spacious, much bigger than you would usually expect. They have done an amazing job with the decoration and details. The patio area was lovely to have breakfast on and really spacious. I couldn't fault it.
