Pros:

Really interesting location, given that the hotel is a boarding school outside of the summer months. The breakfast was the best offered to us during our travel in Iceland. The staff was very friendly. Parking was straightforward.

Posizione perfetta per visitare sia la zona del lago Mývatn che le città vicine come Husavik e anche Akureyri, fa da ottima base.
Parcheggio ampio e comodo, stanze spaziose e letti comodi.
La colazione a buffet era abbastanza varia e abbiamo trovato seggioloni per la bimba sempre puliti.
Check in velocissimo: siamo arrivati tardi rispetto all'orario, abbiamo avvisato e ci hanno risposto prontamente dal numero whatsapp con anche un video di esplicativo per il late check in, ci hanno fatto trovare le chiavi in reception e una mappa dell'edificio dove trovare la nostra stanza. La mattina dopo abbiamo semplicemente compilato un foglio.

Mi aspettavo qualche opzione in più per la colazione, era abbastanza varia ma molto meno rispetto alle altre strutture in cui eravamo stati fino a quel momento del soggiorno

Cuidado con los cambios de divisa. Mejor pagar de antemano, desde que tengas la reserva confirmada

Tenía un precio en booking pero no te cobran hasta que llegues. Los 11 hoteles anteriores se lo cobraron días antes o meses antes. Este hotel te cambia el precio porque que casualidad la corona islandesa ha cambiado al alza. El euro vale menos. Yo lo miré y estaba como siempre
