Pros:

Bellissimo hotel nel cuore di Cartagena, stanza affacciata su un piccola piscina, ideale per rilassarsi. Staff molto gentile e una bella terrazza con vista sulla città.

valore aggiunto: la simpatia di Carlos e la terrazza sul tetto!
Buona esperienza nel complesso

Cons:

la camera in cui ho soggiornato data la posizione era particolarmente umida e un po buia
il fatto che la zona solarium sia 2 piani sopra la piscina complica la fruizione

Perfecta estancia en una ciudad preciosa
Pros:

Ubicación excelente. El personal muy amable. Habitación amplia. No utilizamos la piscina pero es perfecta para poder refrescarse. Hotel muy recomendable

Limpieza mejorable, viva Carlo
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. En el centro pero sin escuchar música. No obstante, sin duda lo mejor del hotel es uno de sus empleados, Carlo: amable y siempre dispuesto, es un profesional de 10!!

Cons:

La limpieza era un poco deficiente y no ofrecían mucha información de la ciudad (una pena).
Además creo que deberían estar un poco más pendientes de que el resto de huéspedes cumpla con unas reglas de “convivencia” o respeto mínimas (que no se corten las uñas en el espacio común de la piscina, por ejemplo).

Todo, la piscina y la terraza no la utilicé pero precioso y todo muy bien cuidado
Lo mas curioso es que esta en la calle mas escandalosa de getsemani, y no se escucha ni un solo ruido de noche, se duerme perfecto.
El desayuno superabundante y riquísimo. Especial mención a Carlos que nos estuvo cuidando muchisimo y recomendando cosas

Un gusto alojarse aquí!
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy bien para sobrellevar las altas temperaturas. Además la ubicación es excepcional para disfrutar del ambiente de Getsemaní. El personal fue muy amable, atendió nuestras peticiones con gusto y lo recomendamos 100%.

Estancia cómoda y muy buen ubicación
Pros:

El alojamiento se encuentra en el barrio de getsemani, muy cerca de ciudad amurallada, y De la Torre del reloj desde donde salen muchos tours, no podía tener mejor ubicación.
La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y cómoda
El personal es estupendo, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, en especial Carlos.

Vreselijk! Niks boeken hier. Je kunt niet aan het zwembad liggen, hotel heeft renovatie op dit moment en de medewerkers zijn gemeen. Ik wacht nog steeds op geld terug na vertrek omdat dit hotel niet is wat het beschrijft!

Fantastische en veilige locatie midden in de wijk Getsemani en op loopafstand van alle toeristische trekpleisters.
Pros:

Ligging in de pittoreske en veilige wijk Getsemani. Lekker zwembad. Goede airco!

Cons:

Rioollucht bij het douchen.
