Pros:

Wir waren im Winter (Februar) dort. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist man schnell bei der Promenade. Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hotelzimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Und die Badezimmer sind relativ großzügig und modern gestaltet. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Beim Frühstück gab es eine kleine feine Auswahl, wobei es täglich wechselnde Angebote gab.

Cons:

Einen Parkplatz sollte man vorher unbedingt reservieren. Und die Wellnessangebote konnten wir leider aus Zeitgründen nicht nutzen. Da wäre es schön, wenn man sich dafür gleich vorher eintragen, anmelden könnte.

Pros:

Milé překvapení v Mariánských lázních . Klidné místo u lesa , presto kousek od kolonády. , Výborný personál na recepci jak paní tak i pán byli velmi nápomocni. Pokoj prostorný a dobre vybavený.

Preis -Leisungsverhältnis ist OK. Vier Sterne würde ich diesem Hotel allerdings nicht geben.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und ruhig am Wald und doch nicht weit vom Zentrum.
Leider lag unser Zimmer zum Parkplatz raus und deshalb war es schon früh recht laut, durch früh abreisende Gäste

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet wrde leider schon um 9 Uhr nicht oder nur teilweise wieder aufgefüllt, je nachdem welche der Damen Dienst hatte. Eine der Damen war sehr freundlich , die andere weniger.

Naprostá spokojenost
Pros:

Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni. Prostředí hotelu i vybavenost pokoje excelentní a odpovídající cena/kvalita.

Cons:

Trošku problém s velikostí snídaňového roomu a organizací při usazení hostů, kdy při plném obsazení stolů při snídaních nebylo možné zaparkovat kočárek s malým dítětem. Nicméně vyřešili jsme s manželkou střídáním se na pokoji - zde bych například ocenil možnost vzetí snídaně na pokoj .

Nette Zimmer mit katastrophalen Frühstück
Pros:

Zimmer waren groß und hell.
Die Wände sind recht hellhörig.
Lage in der Innenstadt ist wunderbar.
Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ausgewisen ist das Hotel mit 4 Sternen - was meiner Meinung nach nicht zutrifft.
Ich bin nicht mäkelig wenn es sauber ist, aber - die Betten sind zusammengeschlagen worden, die Kissen schnell hingeworfen, ok. alles nicht der Rede wert.
Aber! wenn benutzte Gläser noch vom Vortag genau an ihrem Platz stehen und diese nicht eines Blickes gewürdigt, respektive getauscht oder aufgewaschen werden, hat das wohl überhaut nichts mit 4 Sternen zu tun.

Ich weiß nicht, wie manche Leute hier von diesem "außergewöhnlichen Frühstück" schwärmen können, wir erlebten eine absolute Katastrophe - eine außergewöhnliche Katastrophe.

Frühstückszeiten sind von 7.30 - 10.00 Uhr
Wir erschienen 9.00 Uhr - man denkt, man liegt zum We gut in der Zeit!?
Weit gefehlt. Das Buffet war teilweise recht leer, meine nette Nachfrage nach Brötchen (waren nämlich alle), gab nur noch paar Scheiben Mischbrot, wurde mit "außergewöhnlichen (netten?) Kasernenhofton" beantwortet - " MUSS WARTEN!!! "

Ok. - Blick zu Uhr - nach 15 Minuten - Kaffee war mittlerweile kalt - kamen 6 einfache aufgebackene kleine Brötchen für 5! Leute. Das war dann schon auch alles, die Auslage gab auch nicht mehr viel her, und es waren noch gute 45 Minuten bis zum Schluß....

Naja, gut, nächster Tag neues Glück....
Weit gefehlt, die Auslage war soweit voll, Auswahl war vorhanden, gab nix zu meckern.

Aber die nächste Katastrophe nahm ihren Lauf, das Restaurant zu einem Drittel besetzt, 2/3 der Plätze nicht eingedeckt.
Uns wurde ein Platz an 2 zusammengestellten kleinen! Tischen zugewiesen wo schon 2 Ausländer saßen!
Die Tische waren klein, Platz woanders en Mass da... nein, mußten uns dort mit an den Tisch zwängen.

Sowas geht gar nicht, frühs will man erstmal bissl aufatmen und in Gang kommen, was muß man da bei sooo viel Platz die Leute so eng zusammenquetschtschen???

Wir reden hier von einem 4 Sterne Hotel - niemalsnimmernicht, da frühstückt man besser am Imbiss an der Straße mit mehr "persönlicher Freiheit".

Da war bis jetzt die mit Abstand schlechteste Erfahrung, was das Frühstück anbelangt.

Daher kann ich die Rezessionen zum Frühstück von vielen Leuten nicht nachvollziehen.

Marienbad mag eine schöne Stadt sein, aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen, zumindest dort kein Hotel mehr buchen, lieber etwas abgelegener im Umland.

Pros:

Krásná lokalita naprosto kousíček od Kolonády. Hotel pěkný a čistý. Moc milé paní recepční.

Cons:

Naprosto nesmyslné pevné pořadí rozsazení hostů u snídaně a to každý den k jinému stolu, totální maglajz a stres každé ráno.
Proboha proč si člověk nemůže sednout k volnému stolu, aby ho po stolování personál normálně uklidil jako to mají všechny hotely na světě? Opravdu není priorita řešit komu přinesu džbán kafe a kam jsme ukryli číslo Vašeho pokoje, ke kterému stolečku a zda-li vůbec, pakárna jako z komedie Anděl na horách 😁
Na můj vkus tvrdé matrace, manželce vyhovovala.

Pros:

Die Lage ist phantastisch, am Waldrand und in der Nähe des Zentrums. Das Frühstück war gut vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons:

Ärgerlich war, dass wir wegen Überbuchung aus dem gebuchten großen Apartment in der letzten Nacht in ein Doppelzimmer umziehen mussten.
