Klidný hotel kousek od kolonády
Pros:

Ubytování - apartmán - velmi prostorný, dobře vybavený, čistý, balkón s výhledem do lesa. Hotel je v klidné části přesto blízko kolonády a centra. Předností je možnost parkování u hotelu.

Cons:

Při otevřeném okně byl cítit zápach z kuchyně; malý výběr u snídaně

Das Hotel ist ganz einfach
Frühstück von 7.30-100
Ab 9.10 wurde nur nach mehrfacher Nachfrage etwas, minimal nachgefüllt.
Sehr oft gab's gar nichts mehr, man hat sich gefüllt wie ein Bettler😡😡
Eine Servicekraft die mit den dunklen Haaren, war sehr unfreundlich, Handy, Fernseh u selber essen war wichtiger für Sie.
Man wollte gar nicht mehr Frühstücken gehen, deshalb sind wir enttäuscht 2 Tage früher abgereist
Der Außenbereich zu sitzen, waren 2 Hütten mit kaputten Brettern, der kleine Teich an den Hütten stank
Stets standen Türen und Fenster von der Küche auf U der Geruch zog immer zum Sitzbereich, E Bikes mussten draussen stehen, keine Möglichkeit diese Überdacht unter zustellen, also kein Bereich, wo man die Bikes sicher abstellen konnten
Das Zimmer war gut, das Bad großzügig mit viel Platz. Die Matratzen echt hart!
Der Balkon Tisch u 2 kaputte Stühle, diese wurden erst nach 3 Tagen ausgetauscht, nach dem sich meine Frau richtig blöd daran verletzt hat
Der Balkon war seitlich, unterm Balkon, war ein anderes Hotel, die Küche ging hinten Raus, auch dort standen Fenster u Türen stets offen, 3 mal am Tag musste man fluchtartig den Balkon verlassen, weil es widerlich nach Zwiebel, Knoblauch u.s.w stank

Wellness leider nur Massagebereich, meines Erachtens für Tschechien zu teuer, deshalb nicht genutzt
Das Hotel Forest liegt klar, steil hoch am Wald
Für Behinderte Menschen nicht zu empfehlen.

Leider wurden unsere Reklamationen nicht wirklich ernst genommen, wir haben uns da nicht willkommen gefühlt, Abreise aus vielen Gründen 2 Tage früher.

het hotel was schoon en dichtbij het centrum vwb sfeer en vriendelijkheid onvoldoende.

matrassen doorgezakt en hard. het eten waren allemaal de goedkoopste producten. het omschreven meertje was een modderpoel. steile helling om lopend bij hotel te komen. onvriendelijk personeel behalve 1 jonge dame bij het ontbijtbuffet
en een vriendelijke man bij de receptie.

Nicht nochmal dieses Hotel.
Cons:

Parkplatz wird auch vom Hotelpersonal genutzt und die müssen erst gerufen werden, damit sie ihr Fahzeug umparken und man selbst losfahren kann. Dabei gibt es noch Bemerkungen auf tschechisch "der Tourist kann wieder mal nicht Auto fahren"
Service geht aber anders!!!

Možná by mohl booking upozornit na to že, pokud nechcete platit za parkování u hotelu, musíte nechat

S pobytem jsme byli celkově spokojeni.Klidná část blízko centra.
Snídaně dostačující , všechno bylo v pořádku. Určitě se vrátíme .

Lage des Hauses, nah zur Kolonade. Park möglich super.Sehr freundliches Personal mit deutscher Sprache.

Cons:

Frühstück sehr einfach. Sehr laut im Frühstücksraum. Mitnahme von Verpflegung.
