Colazione nella norma .
Il tutto piuttosto curato.
Personale cortese e preciso.
Solo un cameriere , ad una richiesta di mia moglie,ha risposto in maniera un po fredda..: " se non l ha ordinato in precedenza non posso portarglielo....." da precisare che il menu' viene definito il giorno prima...ma....ti chiede 3 tortellini in brodo da assaggiare....piuttosto di' che li hai finiti.......non ha colto l attimo ....commerciale....Il cliente lo accontenti con poco.

Cons:

La piscina un po datata.....bordi scrostati .....pero' acqua molto calda, ...piacevolissima.....servizi ok ...locali puliti.
Un appunto su stoviglie e piatti.....macchiati e non puliti bene

Sostanzialmente nulla da rimarcare in modo negativo
Soddisfatto del soggiorno.
Pulizia ottima in tutta la struttura, staff gentile, cordiale, discreto.
Piscine pulite e temperatura dell'acqua ottimale.
Piccolo centro benessere con sauna e bagno turco a disposizione dei clienti senza sovrapprezzo, bella grotta sudatoria e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Camera di buone dimensioni, pulita, con arredi ben tenuti e letto comodo.
Possibilità di usufruire della piscina fino alle ore 13.00 del giorno di partenza.
Accappatoio compreso nel costo della camera.
Buoni i servizi extra.
Colazione ottima con prevalenza della parte dolce.
Sostanzialmente un hotel nel quale ritornare volentieri.

Cons:

Tutto nella norma
unici appunti ma di poco conto:
per chi ama gli idromassaggi (non io, quindi per me non sarebbe una nota negativa) non sono molto "performanti" e qualcuno non funzionante regolarmente.
Per quanto riguarda pranzo e cena sempre nella norma ma con qualche preparazione ed il dolce della sera non all'altezza degli anni precedenti, comunque i pasti non hanno nulla di negativo, la cucina è sempre disponibille a preparare qualcosa di alternativo.

Due giorni di relax
Pros:

Ottima posizione proprio all'entrata della ZTL, parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti, personale accogliente e gentile, colazione varia e ricca, ristorante ottimo, piscina termale, sauna e bagno turco. Se torno ad Abano Terme, certamente in questo hotel che consiglio e raccomando.
Ps una menzione speciale alla cameriera mora con la coda che ci ha servito la cena per le due sere del soggiorno. Molto simpatica, gentile e competente.
