Cons:

Malá nabídka na snídaně, chybějící kuchyňka, pokud není v ubytování možnost celodenního jídla, velmi tenké stěny, je vše slyšet, i běžný hovor. U některých pokojů nešly dovřít dveře, takže ubytovaní s nimi museli třískat - i v noci
