La calides de sus empleados, parecen estar en familia y una cordialidad que nunca me lo espere.

Excelente estadía, el personal un 1000! El desayuno muy completo y rico, seguramente volveremos!
Lo único que podria decir en contra es que no había una pileta que no tuviera agua caliente (muy) y en esos días hacía bastante calor. El resto estuvo excelente
excelente atención del personal. Súper atentos sobre todo las chicas del restaurante. Los baños termales muy recomponedores después de un largo viaje . Muy recomendable.
Ótima infraestrutura. Quartos espaçosos com excelente café da manhã.

La verdad todo súper el personal re bien menos los de la recepción ..comenzamos reservando 2 noches por error lo cual era solo 1 que necesitaba...solicite modificar y desde el hotel no me dejaron ..llame para ver si podía hablar y solucionar y el recepcionista me dejó la modificación...llamo a Booking en breve minutos me resuelven solo que la tarifa aumenta un 50% no importaba eso ya que estoy de vacaciones y no me molesto ...cuando voy a pagar el mismo recepcionista que me niega modificar ..me cobra sin la bonificación del 21% por ser extranjero ..le doy mis explicaciones y me dise insistiendo que la tarifa está sin impuestos..pago cómo corresponde y en todos los otros alojamiento que me estoy hospedando si me aplican el dto ..una lastima que por una persona estropean todo el trabajo en equipo del personal que hacen pases una estadía estupenda
