We will definitely return
Pros:

We had the most wonderful time here. It's a beautiful family resort in the Alps, perfectly suited for families with small children, who can enjoy they stay in every part of the estate. There was snow outside and we got to spend the most of the day outside the hotel. It's surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing views.

Super nastanitev za družine ampak po našem mnenju overpriced.
Pros:

Zajtrk ima širok nabor hrane kar je vrede. Kosilo relativno mahnega. Velerja je strežena in strežene porcije so lepe in okusne ampak preces majhne. Ker je zareven še nekaj samopostrežnega predvsem za otroka se najez z lahkoto in je vse vredu. Imajo Veliko igralnico tri bazene enega od the otroškega kar je res super. Mize so super lepo opremljene z otroškimi stvarmi kar je lep plus. Zunaj imago svoje malo smučišče in opcijo brezplačne izposoje sani in bobov. Super stvar je da imajo svoje živali in organizirano hranjenje kar je super zanimivo otrokom. Staff je vedno delal z nasmehom kar je lepo videti.

Cons:

Če Spiš v Chalet moraš iti iz ene stavbe v drugo, ki nista povezani. Kar je malce nekonvencialno če je zunaj -5c. Sicer samo cca 10m ampak, ko prideš z otroci iz bazena je to nekaj kar si ne želíš. Soba v kateri smo bili je za ta cenoovni rang relativno majhna za naš okus. Ravno tako v sobi ni kavomata. (je kava na voljo cel dan v jedilnem prostoru). Decembra v času našega obiska sonce na nastanitev ne posije niti v enem delu dneva. Posije morda za eno uro na strmino kjer je smučišče. Je pa to verjetno velika prednost poleti :)

Excellent Family Holiday
Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient when travelling by car from any close by airport. All inclusive food service was excellent with fresh variety of foods available each day, catering from babies to adults. We did not use the adult spa facilities but the family spa area had everything needed for a comfortable relaxation. The hotel has a kids club and wet wipes stations everywhere. We loved 'first ski' experience for toddles aged 3-5 years old everyday just outside the hotel. There is a grand playground and further children's activities each day. For older kids, the piste offers excellent ski schools which are 6 mins drive by car. Since it is a family run hotel, the staff excel in service. It is an excellent 4* hotel for a relaxing family holiday all year round.
