Excelente complejo para parejas, familias, amigos.
Pros:

Excelente complejo, cuenta con un montón de comodidades: Spa, 2 piscinas climatizadas (1 para adultos) y varias piscinas exteriores, tiene un almacén para comprar lo que necesites, parques, actividades para niños, canchas, lugar de comidas, es excelente. Súper recomendable, ya sea para parejas, amigos o familia, hay actividades y comodidad para todos!

The whole place was amazing. Really nice views and close to the best spots in the area. I loved it.

Relajante para disfrutar
Pros:

La vista del complejo es espectacular.
El departamento es precioso y bien equipado.
La atención del personal es excelente y atento.
El estacionamiento privado es muy cómodo y adecuado.

Cons:

La habitación era para 3 personas, pero el sofá/cama era imposible de usar como cama. Tuvimos que dormir todos juntos en la unica cama que quedaba.
La conexión de internet fue inaceptable por el tipo de hotel. Debió tener fibra con buena conectividad para poder trabajar o ver plataformas en la estadía.
El televisor es un smart básico. Tenia solo Netflix sin posibilidad de ver otra plataforma sin una computadora. Tenia cable, pero ya casi nadie ve cable.
La cancha de paddle estaba en mantenimiento en un fin de semana largo con reservas 100% cubiertas.
El restaurant es chico para el tamaño del complejo.

Lugar hermoso, atención mala
Pros:

El lugar es muy lindo, y el paisaje es espectacular

Cons:

La atención del personal. Muy distantes, no explican nada, y no son muy amenos.
La atención pos venta no es profesional. Es como si te atendiera un administrativo municipal.

Pros:

El complejo es enorme, hermoso el parque, las piscinas increíbles, la atención impecable. Ideal para familias. Está limpio, bien mantenido, camas y almohadas cómodas, todo lo necesario para pasar estadías confortables. Los tv son smart, la calefacción es buena y los electrodomésticos de calidad. Muy lindas vistas a las sierras.

Cons:

El wifi es un poco lento por momentos. Pero en general funciona para lo básico.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy lindas y completas en cuanto a mobiliario y elementos de bazar. No pedimos desayuno porque teníamos malas referencias, asique nos llevamos lo que nos gusta consumir y nos sentimos a gusto con esto, como en casa. El departamento estaba equipado con heladera, cafetera, pava eléctrica, microondas y tostadora.
El complejo es muy ameno, un ambiente súper tranquilo y familiar.
La ubicación es estratégica.

Cons:

El agua de la piscina estaba fría. No pudimos disfrutarla como teníamos planificado.
La lluvia de la ducha era de mala calidad y he pasado frío al momento de bañarme. La mampara era muy cortita (aprox 1/4 del espacio de la ducha) y el baño se mojaba por completo al momento.
No está incluído el servicio de limpieza diario, y sólo se recambian los toallones de piscina.
Creo que por el costo y el nivel del complejo, son aspectos que se deberían revisar.

Cons:

Lo único que dejaría como nota , es que por el frío que hacía en nuestra estadía , el agua de la pileta climatizada no se sentía caliente.
