Pros:

Nice location close to the open-air museum and swimming in the river, short walk to the city centre through a nice park. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast far exceeded our expectations as to diversity and food quality. Roznov is not the place where one would expect a good guacamole for breakfast! Sure, capuccino did not come from a barista but it was still very good.

Cons:

The tap in shower needed some professional adjustments but that was done promptly. The hotel is next to a busy crossing of major roads so it can be noisy 24/7 if you get a room on the front side (which was not our case).

Pros:

Es war eine Familienreise. Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Es war komfortabel und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und auf unsere Wünsche wurde sofort resgiert. Das Restaurant möchte ich besonders hervorheben: das Essen war sehr lecker und preiswert, die Portionen waren großzügig. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen und Getränken.

Pros:

Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál, a to jak na recepci, tak v restauraci, kde jsme si odpoledne dali kávu a večer také povečeřeli. Jídlo bylo fantastické a celý večer doprovázel příjemný a profesionální servis. Také snídaně byla velmi chutná a nabídla pestrý výběr. Celkově jsme byli s pobytem velmi spokojeni.

Pros:

Hodnotím len vynikajúcu skúsenosť. V hoteli Eroplán som sa cítil vynikajúco, milý personál, výborná večera, výber raňajok som lepší nezažil. Cyklisti, majú vyriešenú úschovu bikov. Navyše krásny oark 100 m a krásne mestečko, 100 bodov.

Cons:

So všetkým som bol spokojný

Hlučná lednice v pokoji, nedostatečně fungující klimatizace (spíše jen hučela, ale měla jsem pocit, že vůbec nefunguje), na okenním parapetu mrtvé mouchy a prach...

Umfangreiches und gut organisiertes Buffetfrühstück. Alles da was man so braucht. 2 Kaffeeautomaten, keine Wartezeit

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zim,mer Richtung NMorden, daher war es trotz Hitze erträglich
