Excellent facilities, great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Food was amazing, the staff were super friendly and the decor was really well done. Very conveniently located with just a short walk to the ski lift and ski shops. The spa facilities are also really top class, with great value treatments.

Cons:

I found the bed/pillows too soft and unsupportive but this is personal to me as I suffer with back and neck problems. My wife had no issues with it.

Wonderful hotel close to skiing. Great food and service! ❤️
Pros:

Exceptional. Rooms lovely, and tons on storage which is great for skiing. Staff very friendly and especially kind to our 6 year old. Food was delicious. The pools were a great perk post ski. Skiing was close by and convenient. Will recommend to everyone and truly hope to come back.

Das Essen, v. a. Auswahl und Qualität der Lebensmittel ist nicht zu überbieten. Die familiäre Atmosphäre und das ehrliche Bemühen um die Gäste haben uns sehr imponiert.

Cons:

Nichts, was unser positives Urlaubsgefühl wirklich eingetrübt hätte.

Eine gute Wahl
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, kurze Wege zum Skilift/Skibus. Gute Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Ski. Sehr schönes Schwimmbad mit tollem Außenbecken.
Frühstück in Ordnung.
Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, insgesamt wird viel Wert auf Interieur gelegt.
Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Küche ist sehr ambitioniert, aber nicht immer war das Essen gelungen. Manchmal wäre weniger mehr - weniger Gänge, beim Tapasabend kleinere Portionen. Das bereits ab 19:30 das Salatbüfett geschlossen wird, führt zu Stress bei der Nutzung der Wellnessangebote.
Die Sauna ist nett, aber klein.
Das Badezimmer im Deluxe Doppelzimmer war sehr klein.
