Pros:

An excellent place for a skiing vacation. Room and common areas are spacious, well-decorated and clean. Breakfast was relatively good and offered plenty to be happy about. The wellness area is really great. Parking is easy. The dedicated ski-room makes life a bit more comfortable.

Cons:

The atmosphere in the hotel felt a bit stiff and sterile. As if the place was not meant to be enjoyed.

Świetny hotel dla narciarzy
Pros:

Hotel położony bardzo blisko kolejki gondolowej na Rifflsee, z której można bezpośrednio dostać się na lodowiec Pitztal. Hotel bardzo ładny, czysty, duże przestronne pokoje, wspaniała strefa spa z 4 saunami. Śniadania bardzo dobre, duży wybór jedzenia. Właściciele jak i cała obsługa hotelowa bardzo mili. Widać, że właścicielom bardzo zależy na tym, aby goście czuli się naprawdę dobrze. Bardzo polecam to miejsce!

Cons:

Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie, brak minusów.

Der Gastgeber und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren schön, für den Preis sehr passend. Das Frühstück war super!kn der Ortschaft an sich gibt es wenig, es ist aber sehr nahe an der Talstation Rifflsee gelegen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem von einer Familie geführten Hotel
Pros:

Die herrlich ruhige Lage und die schöne Winterlandschaft sind sehr beeindruckend. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer groß und sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, vor allem die etwas größeren Gläser für den Saft sind sehr angenehm.

Sehr freundliches und gemütliches Hotel
Pros:

Schön gemachter Saunabereich, gemütliche Zimmer und ein sehr schön vorbereitetes Frühstücksbuffet.
Wir kamen leider später an als gehofft, wurden dennoch sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und für die Schlüsselübergabe war bereits alles vorbereitet.
Es sind zwei Lifte sehr nah bei. Der eine ist für einen Übungshang und der andere führt ins Rifflseeskigebiet, von welchem man mit der Talabfahrt zum Gletscherexpress kommt, wodurch man sich den Skibus sparen kann, da dieser frühs recht voll ist.
Egal aus welchem Fenster wir geschaut haben, wir jatten immer eine schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Leider lassen die Vorhänge recht viel Licht durch, das erschwert das weiterschlafen am Morgen bei Lichtempfindlichkeit.
Die Lüftung der Toilette schien nicht so gut zu sein, es war teilweise etwas muffig da drin. (Schien durch zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit zu kommen.)
