Pros:

Ottima colazione e servizio self service per bevande e caffè. Favoloso il fatto di poter chiedere direttamente alla chef la preparazione delle uova per la colazione.

Cons:

La gestione della SPA andrebbe migliorata per evitare che i bambini si intrufolino nella zona saune creando eccessiva confusione e lasciando porte aperte che vanificano gli effetti di bagno turco e sauna; ma la colpa è da attribuire soprattutto ai loro genitori.

Pros:

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The self service bar is a great addition as well as the free hot drinks. There is a lovely spa and wellness area . The local area is also breathtaking.

Cons:

We struggled with the limited choices of evening meal .

Es war schön und erholend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und gut geschmeckt. Ebenfalls waren die Zimmer zum Übernachten modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Saunalandschaft war sehr groß.

Cons:

Was mich gestört hat, war das in der Sauna die Sitzgelegenheiten defkt war. Mann konnte auf der rechten Seite in ein Loch fallen. Ebenso war ein Teil der Decke im Schwimmbad, wegen Bauarbeiten offen. Es Stromleitungen frei zu sehen. Ist für ein Nogo.

Kan beter qua onderhoud. Slechte (geen) communicatie.
Pros:

De kamer was netjes. Wel erg benauwd en warm.

Cons:

Het hotel reageerde vooraf niet op enkele vragen gesteld dmv berichten ivm een gebroken been van iemand uit ons reisgezelschap. Ook niet op vragen via booking.com. ook waren ze niet via de telefoon bereikbaar. Erg slecht en hierdoor gingen we niet met een fijn gevoel op vakantie naar het hotel. Verder valt er meer te halen uit het hotel. Een paar plekken zijn verouderd en zien er slonzig uit. Tijdens het eten allemaal in een rij voor het beperkte buffet. Zonde.

Pros:

Bardzo wygodne łóżko, nowoczesna łazienka z inteligentnym światłem (automatycznie się zapalają podświetlane ścianki po wejściu), wyżywienie bardzo smaczne - obiadokolacje jak w 5 gwiazdkowej restauracji 😊
Największym plusem jest system sprzedaży napojów - kawa i woda (również gazowana) są za darmo przez cały czas, nawet w nocy, wszystko inne (piwo, wino, alkohole i soft drinki) rejestruje się na kartę do pokoju i opłaca przy wymeldowaniu. Ceny są BARDZO przystępne jak na Austrię - np. 125 ml wina lub 0,5 l piwa kosztuje 2 € 😁
Basen mały, ale wystarczający, kilka rodzajów saun i pokojów relaksacyjnych, mają nawet pomieszczenie, w którym pada śnieg.
Poza tym podobno hotel daje gościom kartę gościa, która pozwala za darmo korzystać z wyciągów i komunikacji miejskiej. Ale trzeba o to pytać, bo sami nie proponują, a można z nią zaoszczędzić naprawdę sporo!

Cons:

Dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero przy wyjeździe o karcie gościa, poprzedniego dnia wjeżdżaliśmy na lodowiec i zapłaciliśmy 60€ od osoby, a tego kosztu mogliśmy uniknąć...

Magashegyi túrákat kedvelők számára ideális szálláshely rövid, vagy akár hosszabb távon is
Pros:

A nemrég igényesen felújított hotel egy hosszú völgy legvégén található, magashegyi környezetben. Fontos információ lehet, hogy boltok nincsenek a közelben (kb. 30 percnyire van élelmiszerbolt, benzinkút egy kicsit távolabb). A szállás díjmentesen biztosítja a Pitztal Sommer Card-ot, amivel a felvonók (naponta egyszer) ingyen igénybevehetők. Azoknak ideális ez, akik túrázni jönnek a hotelbe, mert számos jelzett és jelzetlen túraútvonal halad 3000 méter magas hegyek ölelésében. A hotelben nagy wellness-részleg található, az ingyenesként hirdetett kávé és szörp tényleg az, akár egész nap is lehet ezt fogyasztani, a becsületkasszás alkoholfogyasztás (és leves, valamint fagylalt) nagyon ötletes és egyedi találmány, nem mellesleg kifejezetten olcsó is (2 EUR a leves, 3 EUR a korsó Pilsner illetve a búzasör). A személyhez hihetetlenül kedves és segítőkész. Az étkezés pazar, reggelire gazdag svédasztal, vacsorára pedig négyfogásos (a fő fogás esetében kétféle választásos) menü áll rendelkezésre, szükség esetén ételérzékenyek számára is biztosítanak étkezést.

Cons:

A szoba egy légterű, de ez minimális kényelmetlenséget okozott csak, lehet, hogy másoknak ez egyáltalán nem jelent problémát.

Per riposare e rilassarsi in un’atmosfera informale dopo la giornata in montagna
Pros:

Bella posizione nella parte più alta della valle. Piscina e terme. Macchinette del caffè gratuite a disposizione. L’hotel offre la Pitztal Sommer Card con cui si accede gratuitamente a funivie, bus e a tante altre attività.

Cons:

Nel bagno della nostra camera (quadrupla) c’era una vasca da bagno senza vetro protettivo o tenda. Era impossibile lavarsi senza bagnare ovunque.
