Top Hotel in bester Lage zum Skihang
Pros:

Frühstück & Abendessen top, automatische Getränkeausgabe top, Lage zur Skipiste top. Saunen und Wellnessbereich sehr gut. Perfekte Busanbindung zu den Skiliften sogar mit Kindern einfach machbar.

Cons:

Wasser im Wellnessbereich war bisschen kalt. Parkmöglichkeiten könnten überdacht sein.

Neue Zimmer, gute Bade-, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sowie Bademantel.

Cons:

Essen war sehr einfach….z. B. Haxe mit Brot, essen kam meist lauwarm, Aufbackbrötchen, anstatt ‚lokale Käse- und Wurstspezialitäten‘

Pros:

Leider wird dieses Hotel den Erwartungen in keiner Weise gerecht. Der verlangte Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung. Wer auf österreichischen Flair oder regionale Gemütlichkeit hofft, ist hier definitiv falsch – es handelt sich vielmehr um eine anonyme Billighotelkette ohne Charme oder Charakter.

Der Saunabereich war enttäuschend: zu kalt, zudem laut und alles andere als erholsam. Die Zimmer wirken alt, schlecht renoviert und sind extrem hellhörig, was an Ruhe kaum denken lässt. Das Essen war zwar akzeptabel, aber ebenfalls nichts, was den Aufenthalt positiv in Erinnerung behalten lässt.

Auch das Personal konnte leider nicht überzeugen, Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung sehen anders aus.

Insgesamt kein empfehlenswertes Hotel – vor allem nicht zu diesem Preis.

Während unserem Aufenthalt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und immer ausreichend. Abendessen war gut und Personal war sehr freundlich. Sehr gut war, dass es den ganzen Tag Tee und Kaffee umsonst gab.

Cons:

Matratze war zu weich, vermutlich zu alt.

Lage sehr gut! Parkplatzmangel!

Lage ist sehr gut, da die Bushaltestelle gleich vor der Haustüre ist! Skiraum 👍! Frühstück war ok! Kaffee rund um die Uhr gratis und illy Kaffee ist sehr gut! Getränkeauswahl und Selbstbedienung 👍

Cons:

Parkplatz war ständig überfüllt! Zimmer war zu warm! Heizung konnte nicht reguliert werden! Unsere Dusche/Toilette hatte kein Fenster und keine Lüftung👎! Abendessen könnte etwas vielseitiger sein! Rinderbrühe war jeden Tag gesetzt! Oft Schmorgerichte! Nur zwei Gerichte zur Auswahl!

Gute Lage des Hotels, eine Station mit der ÖV bis zu der Talstation Riffelsee . Sehr gutes Früstück und Abendessen. Gute Menge an Essen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Selbstbedienungskonzept fanden wir sehr gut.

Cons:

Wasser im Hallenbad war eher zu kalt. Es gab keinen Shuttle-Service wie auf der Booking Seite geschrieben.
