Pros:

Beautiful location, the hotel is on a small hill with a view of the mountains. If you like peace and quiet, we definitely recommend it.
The hotel has the original characteristic Austrian design, which we liked, no major modernization.
If you have children, they'll have a blast there, there are animals, a children's corner, go-karts, so it's absolutely amazing to sit in the restaurant and let the kids play.

Cons:

It would be nice to improve the wi-fi because you have no chance to connect in the morning or evening. We would have liked a smaller fridge and tea making facilities in the room. We also recommend taking shower items, shampoo, conditioner, soap... because it is not available. Unfortunately, it was our fault that we did not read it in the room amenities annotation. We somehow take it for granted at the hotel. But these are details that will definitely not spoil your stay, everything will be compensated for by the very friendly staff.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad.
Pros:

We hadden een fantastische kamer, ruim voor het gehele gezin. Het was er schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het eten was voortreffelijk en het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en komen graag een keer terug.

Vynikající jídla, milá obsluha, uklizeno, moderní apartmán. Umístění hotelu u jednoho lyžařského střediska a na dosah dalších dvou středisek. Prostě super dovolená.

Cons:

Mohla by být větší sauna. Bylo nás tam hodně.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Eine tolle Familie, bei der man sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt hat. Schon am zweiten Tag, wusste jeder wer wir sind und was wir gerne zum Frühstück essen. War ein toller Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Super Lage, familiengeführtes Hotel, aufmerksames sehr freundliches Personal, Familie ist an den Gästen interessiert, sehr sauber, sehr gute Küche, liebevoll gestaltete Außenanlagen, gemütliche Atmosphäre.
