Das Hotel bietet ein miserables Service und die Kosten sind dafür unverschämt übertrieben. Besonders negativ auffallend

Schönes Hotel, weniger Wellness, mehr Kinderhotel
Pros:

Schönes, großes relativ neues Zimmer (Juniorsuit) mit Balkon und Blick auf den Garten und die Berge. Buffet am Morgen und am Abend sehr gut und lecker. Zentrale Lage im Ort.

Cons:

Leider geht der Weg zum Pool direkt durch den Wellnessbereich, somit ein ziemlicher Durchgangsverkehr, aktuell auch aufgrund ferien mit vielen Kindern, sehr eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten der Sauna (16 bis 19 Uhr), überall stehen andere Öffnungszeiten für diw Sauna, Leider auch dauerhaft ein unangenehmer Geruch bei der finnischen Sauna ( etwas wie Sauerkraut), Damen an der Rezeption könnten freundlicher sein, Zimmer sehr hellhörig, was bei aktuell vielen Kindern doch einen gewissen Lärmpegel bedeutete

Facendo viaggi in moto itineranti, perfetto per chi vuole essere vicino ai passi alpini senza rinunciare a nessun confort. Ottima struttura sotto ogni punto di vista.

Barátságos személyzet, kiváló ételek, jó elhelyezés- mindenkinek ajánljuk!
Pros:

Rendkívül kedves magyarul beszélő személyzet . Ízletes , változatos , bőséges reggeli és vacsora.
Szép kilátás nyílik a környező hegyekre . Frissítő medence, gyerekszoba, játszótér - abszolút gyerekbarát szálloda. Murau kártyával több programunk teljesen ingyenes volt ( pl. a gyalogosan elérhető felvonó).

Great relaxed stay
Pros:

No fuss, great staff, everything comfortable, pool area accessible for extended periods, farm animals just outside the property, views just incredible, great for walkabouts, dog friendly, breakfast superb - we stayed twice with 2 kids and a dog and enjoyed both times thoroughly!

Cons:

Be careful on wooden floor in the balcony - I got 8 splinters just by stepping barefoot in and out

Pros:

Kifogástalan tisztaság, kedves személyzet, kiválló bőséges reggeli, minőségi vacsora a félpanzió keretein belül. Jól működő forró szauna kellemes hőmérsékletű medence,szép ápolt kerti környezet. Külön köszönet Zsolt séfnek a kedvességéért és kiválló ízekért.

Cons:

Az egyetlen negatív tapasztalat az ágyak matracai sajos elhasználtak, megérettek a cserére.
