Η τοποθεσία, το προσωπικό του service ιδίως η Εμμανουέλα που έτρεχε απ το πρωι έως το βράδυ να εξυπηρετήσει

Cons:

Αρχικά μας δόθηκε ένα δωμάτιο στο οποίο μύριζε απίστευτα η αποχέτευση και δεν αερίζονταν από πουθενά. Στο παράθυρο δεν υπήρχε σίτα. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν αράχνες, οι τοίχοι και το έπιπλο του μπάνιου ήταν φουσκωμένα από την υγρασία και στο κουρτινοξυλο υπήρχε μια τούφα τρίχες. Στη ντουζιέρα δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα και όλα τα νερά έβγαιναν έξω και μεταφέρονταν φυσικά σε όλο το δωμάτιο. Γενικά τα standard δωμάτια δεν είναι για διαμονή. Αφού παραπονεθήκαμε για τις συνθήκες την επόμενη μέρα μας έκαναν δωρεάν αναβάθμιση σε ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο το οποίο ήταν σαφώς καλύτερο. Το φαγητό μέτριο έως πολύ κακό. Αρχικά μύγες έκαναν παρέλαση πάνω στα φαγητά, νερά παντού στο πάτωμα, ποτήρια και πιάτα που μόλις έβγαζαν απ την κουζίνα ήταν λερωμένα. καμμένα φαγητά καθημερινά που δε δίσταζαν να τα βγάλουν στον υποτιθέμενο μπουφέ όπως καρβουνιασμένα κεφτεδάκια και λουκάνικα, αυγά βρασμένα ΟΛΑ σπασμένα. Τα μηχανήματα των αναψυκτικών εκτός λειτουργίας σχεδόν κάθε μέρα και εννοείται ότι δεν προλάβαινες να πάρεις παγωτό διότι έλεγαν συνέχεια ότι τους τελείωσε. Σκούπιζαν τη λαβίδα με χαρτοπετσέτα μπροστά στα μάτια μας και την έβαζαν σε άλλο ρεσο με φαγητό. Γενικότερα υγιεινή μηδέν.

ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΙΦΟΡΑ ΜΟΥ ΠΗΡΑΝ 130€ ΕΝΩ ΔΕΝ ΔΕΧΟΝΤΑΝ ΤΟ ΚΑΤΟΙΚΙΔΙΟ ΜΟΥ ΛΟΓΩ ΜΕΓΕΘΟΥΣ.
Η υπεύθυνη μου έστειλε ένα πολύ γλυκό mail που επιβεβαίωνε την κράτηση μου αλλά δε δεχόταν το σκύλο μου και περίμενε να κάνω τι ; Να το κόψω στη μέση; Της είπα ευγενικά ότι το καταλαβαίνω και την ρώτησα πως θα κάνω ακύρωση μου είπε αα θα το δείτε μέσω booking βολεύτηκαν με τα χρήματα που κράτησαν αλλά δε τους ένοιαξε που θα μπορούσα να είχα φτάσει εκεί χωρίς να παρατηρήσω ότι δεν δέχονται το κατοικίδιο μου.
Κι αφού βρήκα άκρη με τη booking πάρα του ότι το κατάλυμα δεν συνεργάστηκε σε τίποτα ΑΡΝΗΘΗΚΑΝ ΝΑ ΕΠΙΣΤΡΕΨΟΥΝ ΤΑ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ
ΟΤΙ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ ΕΧΩ ΣΥΝΑΝΤΗΣΕΙ ΣΕ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ.ΑΜΑ δε μπορείτε να έχετε μια παροχή μην την βάζετε άδικα.

Our stay was perfect and we had a great time there. So I strongly recommend it.
Pros:

Great bungalows at a wonderful seafront location. Clean and comfortable too. The food was good with choice of several different dishes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beach is vast and is not crowded. Perfect place for family vacation and very quiet and peaceful. At night you can enjoy by the pool with drinks and cocktails.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I can think of.

Πρόκειται για μια όαση παραδείσου στις ακτές της Πιερίας. Αποτελεί ένα κόσμημα για την περιοχή της Πλάκας Λιτοχώρου.Μείναμε καταπληκτοι από τις εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου με τα μπανγκαλοους με τα πλατάνια και το πράσινο. Το προσωπικό και η διεύθυνση πάντα εξυπηρετικοί, τα δωμάτια και όλοι οι χώροι πάντα καθαροί, το δε εστιατόριο με μεγάλη ποικιλία φαγητών και άλλων συνοδευτικων άριστης ποιότητας το οποίο μπορώ να επιβεβαιώσω ως πρώην ελεγκτής τροφίμων της Περιφέρειας Κ.Μακεδονίας και γνώστης.Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το να επισκεφτεί και να μείνει κάποιος στην όαση αυτή.Γιάννης Τοπκας.

Excellent Family-Friendly Hotel with Great Beach Access
Pros:

We stayed in a superior room, which was fantastic – beautifully decorated in a cosy style and very clean. Housekeeping came daily, and everything was spotless throughout our stay.
The hotel pool and beach were both excellent. The beach is large, sandy, and never felt crowded. We always found a free sunbed, which made it even more relaxing.
What I especially loved was the overall concept of the hotel – it’s ideal for a peaceful family holiday. Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation.
If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the food – it was okay, but there’s definitely room for more variety and flavor.


Overall, a great place for a calm and enjoyable family vacation. I would gladly return and recommend it to others.

Komme nie wieder
Pros:

Zuerst bekamen wir ein Zimmer aus dem Jahre 1950, das andere Zimmer war ok jedoch waren die Fliesen im Bad kaputt, das Stockbett ist genau bei der Klima ( wo ein Kind schlafen sollte ) …

Cons:

Das Essen war für uns nichts, der Speisesaal war schmutzig…
