Great staff and good location.
Pros:

The staff and the location. Simona was so helpful especially when we arrived earlier than expected, helpful with the room change, getting taxis, sorting out our parking and the other queries we had.
The location was great, walking distance to everything. The rooms were new and comfortable. Breakfast was good and set us up for a day of walking.

It’s a lovely boutique hotel in the perfect location in the city.
Pros:

Excellent location! It was very clean and modern. Communication for check in was clear.

Cons:

The showers were very modern but difficult to turn on. Instructions are needed to turn them on.
No front desk for customer service.

Cons:

Our room had an interconnecting door, which meant we could hear every word from our neighbouring guests. Thankfully, they weren’t up late - but it could bother some people.
