Meravigliosa Volterra.
Pros:

Camera molto grande e comoda, personale gentile disponibile e professionale. Parcheggio ampio e proprio sotto la struttura. La colazione inclusa è soltanto quella all'italiana ma quella continentale a buffet si può fare nell'altra loro struttura sita a breve distanza ma con un supplemento.

Cons:

Il centro di Volterra non è raggiungibile a piedi dalla struttura, bisogna andare con l'auto. La reception prevede una pausa dalle 13:00 alle 16:00 durante la quale non è possibile fare il check in.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo
Pros:

Ci abbiamo passato solamente una notte, ha rispecchiato quanto ci eravamo immaginati durante la prenotazione. Ovviamente non ci si può aspettare il lusso, ma gli ambienti sono puliti e luminosi. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita, con un arredamento recente e con un comodissimo balcone. Anche lo staff è stato gentile e cordiale, in particolare il ragazzo della reception. Complessivamente direi un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo ovviamente considerando i prezzi della zona. Con le giuste e oneste aspettative io lo consiglio sicuramente.

In the context of Volterra, where you are high up in the mountain without much around you, they provide you with nice large rooms with air conditioning. They are basic rooms, but comfortable.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere Volterra, noi siamo stati una notte, quello che ci bastava. Camere e bagno puliti, colazione classica cappuccino, succo e brioche.

Estada molt tranquil·la a tocar de Volterra
Pros:

La tranquil·litat del lloc. Habitació àmplia. Bona climatització. Possibilitat de sopar en un lloc amb encant a pocs metres de l'hotel.

Comfortable place at a good price for a one night stay.

Good location, infrastructure needs an update but still good value for money.
Pros:

Location is great for seeing Volterre and the region, in general

Cons:

Aircon is substandard. I understand it's a heat wave, but the room was never even cool, only "room temperature."
Beds were foam which is too warm and also suffered from the memory of previous guests (slanted towards the outside of the bed).

Pros:

La struttura è semplice.
Le stanze sono ampie, raffrescato da condizionatore, super pulitissime. Anche i servizi di igienici sono perfettamente preparati.
